RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the development and delivery of all the projects' deliverables, working alongside the Programme Lead, Project Managers, and Experts to ensure excellent quality across their final submittals
- Engaging and managing relevant designers across multiple built environment disciplines in their expert network, contributing to project development and delivery
- Providing facilitation and leading design workshops with diverse audiences, across public and private sector organisations, civic and community groups
- Ensuring all tasks are delivered to the agreed contract, meeting quality standards, financial targets and all deliverables on time
- Providing high quality client and stakeholder management
- Monitoring activities across projects, sharing information, learning and applying improved techniques

PROFILE
- Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture or Design

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)- You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for the customer including working with external vendors supporting FLYR and our airline partners.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of project governance including reporting, managing risks and issues, and overseeing quality assurance.
- You’ll facilitate collaboration between FLYR and the customer by scheduling, coordinating, and leading onsite and virtual meetings and events.

- You’ll partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure customer requirements are met with our platforms’ wide variety of solutions.
- You’ll continuously work to identify and track dependencies and project risks and transparently communicate them to stakeholders.
- You’ll be responsible for a thorough project change-management process ensuring stakeholders are fully aware of all changes and any impact.
- You’ll bring to bear strong experience in client-facing customer experience to help manage expectations and navigate uncertainty to progress.
- Qualified academic background preferably in project management, business, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of project management experience spanning cross-functional teams and involving customer relationship management.
- Expertise in airline commercial and/or operational systems including understanding the relationship and objective of tools such as PSS, DCS, Revenue Accounting, Revenue Management fares, scheduling, loyalty and related tools.
- Strong technical skills with expertise in work management software, preferably in Jira, Confluence and other collaborative software.
- Experience leading hybrid global teams of engineers, testers, product owners and others in a matrix environment to deliver customer requirements.
- Experience in complex SaaS project management (agile methodologies) working alongside engineering teams preferably in the delivery of SaaS products to airlines.
