About the roleWe are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The role involves optimizing ML models for training and inference, deploying deep learning models on specialized hardware, monitoring performance and latency, and maintaining ML infrastructure.
What you'll do- Design, build, support, and scale cloud and/or on-premise ML infrastructure.
- Deploy deep learning models in production and optimize their inference performance on GPU or CPU.
- Maintain and prepare infrastructure for training and inference.
- Monitor deployed models for performance, latency, and throughput using automated tools.
- Evaluate and improve data science processes, automation, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, data annotators, and stakeholders for successful deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in ML engineering and models, applying knowledge to enhance capabilities.
- Explore and learn new technologies to improve our stack.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Arabic (native speaker) is required.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, or C++, with the ability to learn new languages.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL queries, and schema design.
- Experience deploying deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX) in production, using inference frameworks like Nvidia Triton, TFX Serving, or TorchServe.
- Knowledge of best practices in clean code, version control, testing, CI/CD.
- Effective communication skills for technical solutions.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) is highly preferred.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI), and big data platforms (Kafka, Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
