As the Manager Product Success, you will be responsible for oversee the overall life cycle of consumer/business products. The incumbent will be tasked to ensure success of all consumer/business products and services, supervising development, deployment and post deployment support. This individual will be looking after launch related activities, user testing, design alterations, marketing and periodic reporting
In this role, you will:
- Oversee timelines of product deployment
- Report deployment challenges and execute plans to cater to the challenges.
- Manage user level testing and working with Tech for pre-launch issue resolution.
- Managing launch trackers, working with all business stakeholders
- Setting business targets for all stakeholders
- Tracking launch of all products and reporting to the success accordingly
- Assigning responsibilities to all stakeholders for launch
- Develop launch plan with the help of Marketing.
- Working with the marketing department for marketing plan for Product Launch
- Executing marketing plan (OOH, Digital Media, PR, activations and events)
- Doing periodic reporting of product uptake
- Arranging performance reviews with key stakeholders
- Target VS Achievement dashboard development for each product
- Looking after customer support of the products
- Doing research and competitive analysis of the products in the market
- Suggesting pricing or design changes if required
Qualifications
- BS(Hons) degree in Business Management/Marketing
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Telecom or Banking product marketing and reporting
Knowledge
- Preferably an understanding of digital marketplaces and how they operate. Familiarity with sales operations and experience in implementation of cross-functional projects.
