Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are identified and mitigated early.
  • Provide strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial terms.
  • Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution processes.
  • Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support tendering processes, including drafting RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
  • Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior contract administrators and commercial staff.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards.
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent are preferred.

Build and develop customs related strategy for the group across the different countries in the region. Maintain and further develop existing relationships with customs agencies and government authorities for goods classification and declaration. Maximize the relationship with suppliers and customs brokers. Analyse economic impact in case of modification of product origin or classification.

Key Responsibilities

General Summary


The Director - Legal for Asset Management at Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal framework of our operating companies as we develop Qiddiya City into a premier entertainment destination. The successful candidate will lead the legal aspects of operational company formation strategy, ensuring compliance, risk management, and the formulation of legal structures that support our operational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts related to operational company setups, including joint ventures, partnerships, and management agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive legal strategy for the establishment of the operating companies within Qiddiya.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide legal guidance on regulatory and compliance issues as they relate to asset management operations.
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a robust framework for compliance.
  • Oversee the management of external legal counsel as needed, ensuring effective execution of legal services.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments that may impact the asset management and entertainment sectors in the MENA region.
