Key Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in supporting the legal aspects of a landmark mixed-use development project that includes residential, commercial, hotel, school, and public realm components. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising on large-scale construction and development projects, particularly in the KSA and / or other parts of the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise on all legal matters related to the planning, design, construction, financing and delivery of the development project.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of construction-related agreements, including EPC, FIDIC, design & build, consultancy, project management, and sub-contractor agreements and / or oversee their drafting by external law firms.
