Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are identified and mitigated early.
- Provide strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial terms.
- Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution processes.
- Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support tendering processes, including drafting RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
- Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior contract administrators and commercial staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent are preferred.

- Strong understanding of regional legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GCC/KSA).
