Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Testing and Commissioning Coordinator - Aviation to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing;
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the testing and commissioning activities of building systems, infrastructure utilities, and airport-specific facilities.
- Ensure all systems are tested and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with construction, QA/QC, and MEP teams to ensure readiness of systems for pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.
- Develop and maintain detailed commissioning schedules, checklists, and progress tracking reports.
- Review and verify commissioning method statements, test procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Ensure the collection and compilation of all T&C documentation including test reports, certificates, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives to align commissioning activities with overall project milestones.
- Organize and facilitate commissioning meetings, walkthroughs, and joint inspections.
- Ensure effective communication of system status, readiness issues, and commissioning results to all stakeholders.
- Support integrated system testing (IST) involving multiple disciplines such as HVAC, BMS, fire alarm, lighting, fuel, power, and communication systems.
- Ensure that all life safety systems meet regulatory authority and airport operator requirements before handover.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to interface coordination between systems during commissioning.
- Ensure that commissioning activities are performed in a safe manner and in accordance with HSE requirements.
- Identify and report deficiencies, non-conformances, and risks during T&C activities and track corrective actions.
- Enforce quality standards throughout the testing and commissioning process.
What Required Skills You'll Bring;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in testing and commissioning on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Prior experience on airport or aviation infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of MEP systems, utilities, and operational interfaces.
- Familiarity with commissioning procedures, functional testing, and system acceptance protocols.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and document control abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, commissioning matrices, and system schematics.
- Certification in commissioning or project management (e.g., LEED CxA, ACG, PMP).
- Experience with airport-specific systems such as baggage handling, fuel systems, and airfield lighting.
- Working knowledge of standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, and ICAO.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and commissioning software tools.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Job Purpose:
To ensure that all line and base maintenance actions are accomplished as per regulation and Company procedures during the available ground time and ensuring that TRSASC quality and safety standards are maintained at the highest level.
Job Responsibilities:
Performance Objectives:
- Ensure TRSASC Fleet remains safe and airworthy at all times
- Maintain up-to-date all airworthy related documents and records

- To ensure that all parts received hold the necessary certification for use on the aircraft and are applicable to the aircraft they are to be installed on.
- To ensure that all aircraft data is updated into the TRSASC computer system.
- To maintain a detailed engineering Log

- Undertaking tasks and projects related to aircraft line & Base maintenance;
- Exercising license/approval in relation to the inspection and everyday processes;
- Ensuring high-quality work is completed in relation to aircraft, components and completed documentation.
- Ensuring equipment, facilities and premises are maintained to an acceptable standard;
- Ensuring crews are suitably debriefed to ensure defects are accurately defined and recorded;
- Analyzing and interpreting technical information relating to aircraft;
- Reading engineering diagrams and manuals;
- Working closely with other departments to complete project work.
Job Qualifications and Experience:
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License acceptable to KSA GACA.
- Minimum of 4 years experience on aircraft type operated by TRSASC (C208/C208B).
- Excellent technical knowledge, experience and skills of aircraft systems and TRSASC aircraft type fleet.
- Ability to perform all maintenance is in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, airworthiness data or approved data, and that all maintenance records are completed to reflect the referred maintenance as accurately as possible.
- Ability to review technical data (MM, ADs SBs etc.) and make a judgment on applicability and compliance requirements for TRSASC fleet.
- Familiar with Aviation Regulations. (GACA).
- Ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained on the TRSASC fleet.
- Contribute to the TRSASC SMS through active occurrence reporting and, performance indicator commitment with continuous improvements and risk mitigation as measurable outputs.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent command of the English language and understanding technical
- documents. Arabic language will be an advantage.
