The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Specific Description:
· Execute line-maintenance/flight operations support for BACN E-11A(Global express) overseas deployed aircraft including all electrical & mechanical troubleshooting, fault isolation & repair, parts replacement, line repairable unit (LRU) replacement, calibration tasks, testing, engine repairs and/or replacements & proper documentation in aircraft forms (Air Force Form 781 series).
· Conduct maintenance of aircraft on-line with USAF ground maintenance procedures & in compliance with associated airworthiness approvals.
· Conduct Tier 2 maintenance (in depth maintenance, repairs, etc.) & Tier 3 maintenance (modifications & depot level or major maintenance) at operational OCONUS site(s).
· Conduct progressive maintenance & inspections on aircraft at remote OCONUS locations to minimize aircraft downtime for longer term maintenance requirements.
· Service aircraft, perform end-of-runway, postflight, preflight, thru-flight, & phase inspections. Advise on problems maintaining, servicing, & inspecting aircraft & related aerospace equipment. Use technical data to diagnose & solve maintenance problems on aircraft systems.

- Organize and lead meetings (regular and ad hoc) with stakeholders, ensuring minutes are recorded and action points are tracked to resolution.

- Oversee the baselining and/or re-baselining process for the Airfield Integrated Project Schedules and help maintain the Baseline Version Log to track changes.
- Supervise and manage their scheduling team (Senior Planners, and Planners), ensuring they are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project performance against established milestones.
- Work closely with the Core Team to ensure all Project Controls deliverables (daily, weekly and monthly) are produced and submitted in a timely fashion and at the standards required.

- Manage and mentor their team, including Schedulers, and Reporting Specialists.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensure a satisfactory traveller experience
- Support and monitor refund agents: ensure proper training of staff, invoicing, monitor KPI; prevent forced forex-conversion; strengthen our negotiation position
- Support airport authorities: local point of contact, strengthen our negotiation position
- Support customs authority: Ensure to meet KPI; follow up on requests, relationship management
- Manage validation team: ensure acquisition and retention of talent. Ensure meeting corporate standards. Ensure proper training. Liaise with staffing agency. Ensure 24/ presence. Prepare shift plans. Step in personally in case of unplanned absences
- Ensure compliance, prevent refunding mistakes and fraud
- Ensure kiosks and hardware installed are always in good operational situation: technology and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, guidelines and procedures
- Corporate identity: ensure correct usage of signage and uniforms
- Ensure good communication flow with Sales
- Identify possible enhancements related to Mobile Customer Care, Kiosks and Rex2 installations and inform manager
- Influence the refund payment mix (credit cards vs. cash) in accordance with company strategy
- Identify and address deviations, opportunities and threats

JOB PURPOSEBAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

The purpose of this role is carrying out mechanical maintenance, repairs and modifications for Tornado on and off aircraft. You may also be required to provide support to RSAF away from TSS.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES- Performs major and minor mechanical maintenance, repairs, modifications and TCTO’s for Tornado on and off aircraft.
- Is responsible for the quality and completeness of the work he carries out, or signs for as having been carried out, on an aircraft or aircraft component in accordance with the approved data.
- Works within the requirements of the TSS Quality Management System, Safety Management System and RSAF Technical Orders.
- Completes Maintenance paperwork forms, appropriate aircraft forms, records and maintenance documentation both hard and electronic copies.
- Ensures maximum effort is made to safeguard the TSS programme timescales in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Highlights to their immediate supervisor areas of inexperience or training requirements, for themselves and others.
- Provides on-the-job and theory training for trainees.
- Deputises, if required, for the aircraft supervisor.
- Have extensive proven experience within operational flying aircraft environment supported by formal recorded workplace applied related training OR substantial proven experience on Tornado aircraft OR successful completion of BAESSA apprenticeship programme (SNTTP/TSNTTP)
- Current authorisations for aircraft maintenance.
- Completion of Tornado Aircraft maintenance course.
- Working knowledge of Q-pulse, GOLD and an understanding of M&CA processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Hold a current driving licence.
- Have a sound understanding of the RSAF 4-1-7166 series and supporting technical publications applicable to their work area. An understanding of the RSAF Operation and working practices.
- Knowledge of relevant parts of the MOE and procedures.
- Ability to confirm full accomplishment of AGE maintenance tasks.
- Use, control, be familiar with required tooling and equipment.
