This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of both hard and soft facilities services at a single site within our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee service providers, and ensure operational excellence across all facility-related functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safety Philosophy Documents (Firewater & Process Safety).
- Flare Radiation Analysis using Flaresim or other similar software.
- Hydrocarbon Dispersion Analysis using DNV Phast
- Safety Equipment Requirement
- Determination (such as eyewash, safety shower, .etc).
- Plant Escape and Evacuation Procedures and Layouts.
- Plants Building Risk Assessment.
- Performing Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) using Safeti (an adds on to Phast from DNV).
- Firewater demand Calculations.
- Fire fighting system design (both for buildings and equipment).
- Fire network hydraulics (using Pipenet or other commercial software).
- Fire system P&IDs (firewater network and firewater pumps).
- Fire Hazardous Layouts.
- Coverage Layouts (Hydrants and Monitors).
- Active Participation in safety workshops such as PHA, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA.
