Job Description

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. The recruiter stays updated on the requirements of various roles within the company and acts as an advocate for both new and existing employees.

Key Result Areas

  1. Identify the nature of recruitment (Replacement or New Joiner).
  2. Ensure new candidates are aligned with the same group of position (Salary, benefits) as existing staff to avoid structural gaps.
  3. Cover all areas (Corporate or Operations) with the necessary workforce within the recruitment budget.
  4. Prepare job descriptions in collaboration with line managers for required positions.
  5. Post job ads and headhunt through various job portals.
  6. Coordinate with recruitment agencies to receive CVs of candidates.
  7. Screen, filter, and select qualified candidates for interviews with management.
  8. Conduct interviews and communicate feedback to restaurant or corporate managers as needed.
  9. Collect necessary documents from candidates and verify their legal status to ensure eligibility.
  10. Follow up with line managers for feedback on candidate trials within deadlines.
  11. Provide offer letters to candidates once approved by the restaurant or hiring managers.
  12. Recruit candidates through manpower agencies, both local and overseas.
  13. Handle employment visa documentation with HR Admin and PRO, and monitor visa status weekly.
  14. Ensure all new candidates receive their uniforms and name tags if applicable.
  15. Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners before their start date.
  16. Create new files for all new joiners and generate joining reports in the database.
  17. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and the finance department regarding candidate payments for sponsored employees.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Degree
  • Basic knowledge of administrative workflows
  • Ability to monitor documents and files as per standards
  • Capacity to work under pressure and handle monotonous tasks with high qualification and skills
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and general legal framework
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional knowledge of HR filing workflows is preferred.

Recruitment :

  • Drive full lifecycle of recruitment by :

  • Perform entry interviews for all new recruits who have been with the company for 3 months
  • Provide new employee interview feedback to managers
  • Record Keeping :

  • All interview notes to be captured on Workable
  • All successful shortlisted candidates to be saved on Workable for future pipeline
  • Track and capture feedback on all entry interviews Monthly Reporting
  • Update recruitment activity sheet
  • Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workable) is updated with prospective candidates and interview feedback
  • Meet with Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Hiring Managers to discuss the progress of open positions, quality of candidates and strategy to find and engage more talent.
  • Provide pre-screened and qualified candidates to Hiring Manager within agreed time frames
  • Other :

  • Ensure all recruitment documents are scanned and saved on Workable
  • Coordinate and implement university graduate recruiting initiatives
  • Build recruitment networks through industry / global contacts to keep up to date with recruitment practices

  • Minimum of secondary education
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

    Responsibilities :

    As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will focus on delivering and supporting the recruitment efforts for the NEOM Program. Your role will involve :

    Recruitment Delivery :

    Executing recruitment activities for positions assigned to AtkinsRéalis by the Talent Acquisition Lead

    Supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure that the program attracts top global talent.

    Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with Program SLAs.

    Contributing to the creation of reporting models and metrics that track recruitment performance against Program SLAs.

    Hands-on recruitment, focusing on filling vacancies for NEOM site-based positions.

    Stakeholder Engagement :

    Participating in regular recruitment update calls with key members of THE LINE management team, providing insights into recruitment progress and challenges.

    Collaborating with program management to address recruitment-related issues and promote a strong talent agenda across the Program.

    Acting as a key point of contact for both DP management and Program management, ensuring a “best for program” approach is maintained.

    Engaging in weekly recruitment update calls with KSA and UK stakeholders.

    Team Collaboration :

    Working closely with a team of recruitment professionals across MEA and the UK to ensure effective recruitment delivery.

    Providing support and guidance to the team, ensuring that activities are aligned with the Program's goals.

    Collaborating with the broader Middle East-based recruitment team for additional support on KSA-based roles.

    Strategic Support :

    Contributing to the strategic direction of THE LINE’s Talent Acquisition function during discussions and meetings with the TA Leadership Team.

    What we're looking for

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

    8+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in delivering recruitment for geographically diverse and large-scale programs.

    Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and current trends, with extensive experience in recruitment delivery.

    Experience in managing large volumes of sensitive data and in recruitment reporting and analysis.

    Demonstrable experience in recruitment delivery for mega-projects within the Civil Engineering / Construction industry is highly desirable.

    Proficiency in technology and recruitment software systems to ensure efficient recruitment operations.

    Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field is preferred but not essential.

    Postgraduate HR Qualification (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is preferred but not essential.
