Responsibilities:
- Involvement with preparation of reports, designs, specifications and contract documents.
- Review designs produced and verify completeness to technical and Atkins standards.
- Liaising with other engineers/technicians to ensure updates to technical standards are maintained and disseminated to the team.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Similar experience of minimum 15 years working in a design consultancy, with experience of concept, scheme and detail design across a range of sectors.
- Experience with design of junctions, roundabouts and grade separated interchanges.
- Experience of working to QA procedures.
- Membership of a Professional Engineering Institution.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, able to inspire, influence and negotiate
- In depth and up to date knowledge of Highways Design.
- Technical input into Optioneering, scoping, feasibility studies, outline and detailed design projects.
- Experienced in design risk assessments and familiar with relevant HSE legislation
- Integrate well and see beyond the standard approach to design delivery.
- Knowledge of BIM, Civil 3d and autocad.

Job Summary
Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Labor crew. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Labor services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates Labor service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Maintains the short-range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the General Foreman.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process personnel to and from the PSAB Visitors Control Center before and after work shifts IAW with USCENTCOM escorting procedures.

- Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel performing maintenance and BOS-I services.
- Logs in and out all TCN/ OCN contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
- Makes contact with TCN/ OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges; provides and briefs them on rules and procedures.
- Monitors TCN/ OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensures TCN/ OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e. weapons, drugs, etc.)

Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License.
- Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.

Program Summary
The KBR PSAB Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). These services are delivered to support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. Additionally, the program extends its services to encompass five (5) remote Army sites within PSAB. This program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of PSAB and its associated units.
Job Summary
- The Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Surveyor will provide surveying/field engineering support for all surveying/field engineering activities in support of construction and maintenance projects for all airfields at Prince Sultan Air Base Computer Aided Drawing, Drafting/Geographic Information System Services: This discipline supports all engineering and architectural disciplines with detailed drawing support. In addition, this discipline may be required to travel to areas in the local area outside of the military installation to verify design requirements and quality of work being performed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Update drawings of record (e.g. as-built drawings, existing infrastructure plans, etc.) as needed. All required changes will be posted to the appropriate drawings within 90 calendar days of project completion. When actual site conditions differ from the current record drawing all changes shall be made to update the drawing.
- Accomplish surveys and translate collected GPS data into AutoCAD drawings, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2020 for each survey or project.
- Ensure that GIS data is available to initial design projects and confirm GIS data for projects entering final design.
- At times surveyor may be required to travel to areas in the local area outside of the military installation to verify design requirements and quality of work being performed.
- Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries.
- Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering, mapmaking, mining, land evaluation, construction, and other purposes.
- Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).
- Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data in order to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features.
- Train assistants and helpers and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps. Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
- May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions that require wear of hard hats, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protection equipment (PPE); may be required to push, pull, and lift heavy equipment.
- Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptops, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Work will be indoors and outdoors.
- Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur.
- Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs as well as occasional to frequent travel.
- Employees must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions.
- Task specific work environment training may be provided.
- Must be prepared to function in a wartime or contingency environment to support U.S. interests.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
- Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection, hard hat and steel-toed boots as well as Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) which may include but not limited to Level III plus/IV Individual Body Armor with both front and back ballistic plates, ACH helmet, clothing (undergarments, shirts and pants and/or coveralls), reflective vests/belts, sound suppression devices, etc.
- Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying less than 20 lbs. frequently, etc.
- Work requires moderate to heavy physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
Basic Qualifications
- Associate degree, vocational school or related on-the-job experience required.
- 5 years of experience as a surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in Civil Construction and Roadways
- Licensed/Registered Surveyor in Country of Origin.
- Experienced in use of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License.
- Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
- Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of training both on-the-job and informal training with experienced Surveyors preferred.
- Experienced in use of Real Time Kinematic GPS systems (Use of Trimble systems is a plus).
