The Senior Operations Manager shall have a minimum of 15 years' managerial experience, including railway consulting experience, shall be able to oversee all Metro commercial service operational activities and verify that it is being carried out safely and in accordance with the O&M Contract and to the Employers satisfaction.
They shall oversee the O&M Contractors mobilization, staffing, reviewing their Operating procedures, instructions, code of conduct handbook, timetables and other operating materials submitted by each O&M contractor in accordance with their respective contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all Metro commercial service operational activities.
- Ensure operations are conducted safely and in accordance with the O&M Contract.
- Verify that service delivery meets the Employer's expectations and regulatory standards.
Contractor Management:
- Supervise the mobilization and staffing of O&M Contractors.
- Ensure contractors are adequately resourced and trained for operational readiness.
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with operational KPIs.
Review and Approval:
- Review and approve O&M Contractors' submissions including operating procedures, instructions, timetables, and code of conduct handbooks.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with contractual requirements and operational standards.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all operational activities are carried out in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across operational functions.
- Facilitate communication between O&M Contractors and the Employer.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Transportation Management), Master's preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of senior technical and management experience in rail operations and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of O&M contracts and operational safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse operational data and drive performance improvements.
- Familiarity with international metro systems.
- Strong knowledge of operational systems, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Engie Al Jubail for O&M company Ltd operates & maintains the SWRO Plant of 570,000 M3/Day net potable water capacity. Engie Al Jubail for Operations and Maintenance Company is single shareholder Limited liability company established under the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Engie Al Jubail for O&M company Ltd performs services through an O&M agreement for the Owner of the SWRO Plant: Al Jubail International Water Company.
- The project is a Greenfield IWP with a 25 year WPA with single off-taker Saudi Water Partnership Company.
- The Job Holder will be based at Al Jubail SWRO Plant that will be located in the industrial city of Al Jubail on the Arabian Gulf coast in eastern Saudi Arabia, around 100 kilo meters from Dammam. The Al Jubail SWRO Plant will serve Riyadh and Qassim with potable water. The plant will include storage tanks with one day's production capacity in addition to in-house solar capacity to reduce power consumption from the kingdom's national grid.
- The Job Holder leads the Operations & Maintenance Department in a safe and efficient manner. He is responsible for setting Departmental Objectives, delivering targets (quantity and quality) as well as execution of the company strategy.

KBR is looking for an Maintenance Planning Manager (Refinery) - who Provide control and coordination of all planning and Scheduling activities related to Routine Maintenance for all the operational areas, including Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead contractor's maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions Prepare long-term maintenance plan.
- Effective use of efficient maintenance system like CMMS. Monitor and collect data from system for review of management.
- Provide solution for optimisation of resources. Provide Inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants.
- Review actual Vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimise deviations.
- Prepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept. meeting.
- Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI's against target.
- Review and present manpower planning Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept. for planning related issue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and training.
- Minimum 12+year's experience of a refinery plant with planning section
- Supervision and leadership skills in refinery industries maintenance planning field
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
