Job Summary

This company is seeking to appoint an M&A Analyst to join the M&A Advisory Department, which is part of the Finance organization. The M&A Advisory Department provides finance input to transactions throughout the transaction process, including structuring, valuation, due diligence, and support to negotiations and documentation, as well as providing objective and independent advice to senior management relating to transactions.

The M&A Analyst role supports the development and execution of transactions by providing comprehensive valuation activities to large and complex international transactions, often against challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Offers expert and unbiased guidance to senior management to facilitate decision-making regarding M&A valuations on specific transactions.
• Assists in the development and execution of M&A transactions through comprehensive financial analysis, including constructing and utilizing intricate financial models, conducting risk and uncertainty assessments, and generating financial statements.
• Sources and oversees valuation inputs from various internal and external sources, providing advice on identified gaps, deficiencies, and risks.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members in specialized areas.
• Contributes to ongoing enhancements of processes and methodologies to establish a center of excellence for valuation within the company.
• Undertakes ad hoc financial analysis tasks, such as transfer pricing assessments, impairment reviews, Shareek incentives evaluations, and group policy reviews.

Requirements:

• Accumulate over 10 years of relevant experience in conducting financial analysis for M&A transactions, typically acquired in leading investment banks, accounting firms, or large international corporations.
• Demonstrate significant involvement in large and intricate cross-border transactions within the energy or natural resources sectors.
• Possess expert-level proficiency in financial analysis tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of financial statements, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and international taxation.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or Engineering; while an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) or Accounting qualification is preferred, it’s not mandatory.
• Exhibit strong numerical skills, coupled with methodical organization and adaptability to challenging and dynamic work environments, capable of managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.

This Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician (Fabrication, Welding & NDT) for the Mechanical Services Shops Department (MSSD) in Abqaiq, within the Planning and Technical Services Division. The role involves providing hands-on experience, work direction, technical guidance, and supervision for work crews involved in the fabrication, welding, and repair of plant pressure vessels, piping, and auxiliary equipment. The technician may also serve as a mentor if required.

Responsibilities:

• Provides work direction for a crew of 6-10 craftsmen, ensuring quality control and productivity. Reviews work requests to plan assignments and determine material and tool requirements.
• Requests materials, tools, and equipment through the SAMS system or Maintenance Planner. Performs administrative duties as Group Head, including report writing and record-keeping of welding work.
• Offers technical advice to lower craftsmen, operations, and maintenance for planning T&Is or large fabrication projects. Ensures adherence to safe welding procedures and company standards.
• Conducts on-the-job training and mentoring for lower qualified craftsmen, maintaining records of training accomplishments.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes complex projects to determine repair requirements, nature of repair, and whether repairs will be conducted in the shop or field.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in fabrication, welding, and NDT fields as outlined in the position description.
• Experience serving as the technical authority concerning all fabrication, vessel maintenance, equipment installation and repair, and/or testing, inspection, and welding.
• Responsible for directing and controlling the work of 6-10 Welders, Pipefitters/Fabricators, and Field Metals Mechanics in projects involving fabrication of pipe spools and structural steel assemblies or repair of plant piping and equipment.

Job Overview:

The Principal Pipeline Designer directly impacts the effectiveness of their team and related team. They exchange ideas and information relating to Pipeline Design effectively. The Principal Pipeline Designer may work autonomously within established Pipeline Design procedures and practices. They act as a lead, coordinating the work of others. The Principal Pipeline Designer proposes improvements to processes and methods within the Pipeline Design discipline.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform Design and Engineering process facilities within a specified time while adhering to maintenance, safety, and quality standards, consider constructability, economics, and operation into account during Pre-FEED, FEED, or Detailed Design phases
• Set priorities, organize own work and time to meet objectives, and (as Lead Designer) forecast and plan resource requirements
• Develop 3D Models and ensure clash free models in coordination with all other disciplines' requirements

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• 10 years minimum with a major contractor or consultant of which 5+ years of experience in offshore oil and gas
• Experience as Lead Designer on a small or medium-sized project is essential
• High School graduate with a diploma in Mechanical Design, or Drafting in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Advanced depth and breadth of expertise in Plant Design and using 3D CAD systems including E3D or SP3D
• Detailed knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of other engineering disciplines
• Familiar with the associated local regulatory environment and international and national industry standards and specifications
• Minimum 1 02 projects experience in E3D/S3D
• Capable of handling multiple projects
• Knowledge of QA Systems and a good communicator
