Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist located in Jeddah. The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of building systems, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, handling plumbing and carpentry tasks, and addressing any building maintenance needs as they arise.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of our facilities and infrastructure in Jeddah. The role involves managing all building services, preventive maintenance, vendor contracts, safety standards, and leading the maintenance team to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all facilities management and maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
