• Operational Execution: Manage daily activities across all wellness venues ensuring readiness, safety, and exceptional guest experiences

• Oversee shift transitions, staff allocation, and service readiness

• Track and forecast KPIs, business trends, and performance metrics
• Guide upselling and cross-selling strategies within the wellness portfolio

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury spa and wellness operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in spa and wellness programming, team development, and financial management
• Proficiency with spa systems (e.g., Book4Time), Microsoft Office, and financial tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must occasionally lift/push/carry items up to 20 kg
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor wellness environments
