The Enterprise Account Manager will be part of pan-Australia sales team supporting our leading Australian mining customers. In this role, they will create compelling value propositions around AWS products, services and programs to help consistently deliver on desired customer outcomes. The blend of sales and technical skills this role requires will enable engagement at the C-Suite level, as well as with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this role will apply sales and technical experience to proactively engage with key stakeholders across the value chain, to harness the power of cloud technology and meet the customer's business objectives. A successful candidate will generate and maintain active engagements with customers and prospects, as well as consistently exceed revenue targets.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive revenue and wallet share across a small cohort of Tier 1 Mining customers
* Work backwards from your customer's business needs to accelerate adoption of the most appropriate AWS solutions and services.
* As a trusted advisor, use your interpersonal skills to influence a diverse set of stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level/GM-level executives, and help ensure short-term technology decisions are aligned with long-term goals.
* Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM execution.
* Meet/exceed revenue and goal targets.
* Act as a thought leader in the wider community, playing a key role in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
About the team
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. This role will be focused on building relationships and partnering with executive stakeholders for a small cohort of Tier 1 Mining customers as we look to accelerate their adoption of AWS services.
We are a collaborative team that treats stakeholders and teammates like customers, and aim to ensure everything we deliver provides the highest value for our customers. We are responsible for building training, authoring best practice enablement content, and disseminating best practices at scale, that directly impact our customers’ success as they operate their workloads on AWS.

- Experience in construction management within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale mining and beneficiation projects, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and coordinate multiple contractors.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract management.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and environmental regulations pertinent to the region.

Role Summary
Supervise structural installation and erection activities in beneficiation and assigned areas within the phosphoric acid plant. Manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure timelines and quality standards.

Job Summary: We are seeking a European Nationality to work as a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within Saudi Arabia's rapidly expanding mining sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven success working with government agencies such as the Ministry of Mineral Resources , major mining companies , and large mining corporations . This role will focus on securing consulting projects, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities in line with KSA Vision 2030's mining sector goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients including mining companies, government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources), and large mining corporations
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive consulting services in geology, mining engineering, feasibility studies, due diligence, and ESG compliance
- Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with technical teams
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and project pipelines in Saudi Arabia's mining sector
- Represent Behre Dolbear Arabia at industry events, trade shows, and government meetings
- Collaborate with technical and executive leadership to align business goals with market needs
- Prepare reports on sales activities, market forecasts, and business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, Geology, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-10 years of business development experience in mining, natural resources, or industrial consulting sectors
- Deep understanding of the Saudi mining ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks and key stakeholders
- Proven track record of winning and managing high-value consulting projects
- Strong network within the Ministry of Mineral Resources and major mining operators
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is required

Role Summary: Supervise structural installation and erection activities in beneficiation and assigned areas within the phosphoric acid plant. Manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise steel erection, grouting, alignment, and welding.
Coordinate structural quality checks, NDT, and inspection schedule.
Ensure safe execution per HSE and engineering drawings.
Progress reporting to Construction Management lead.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant experience in structural supervision, especially mining/beneficiation for Phosphoric acid plant/ phosphate / fertilizer / petrochemical projects,
Familiar with large steel structures, crane operations, QA/QC procedures.
Strong leadership, HSE awareness, and blueprint reading skills.
