Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Supervision:
• Lead and manage construction teams, including superintendents, engineers, and craft professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in construction management within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale mining and beneficiation projects, with a focus on safety and quality.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical and instrumentation teams on the construction site.

  
  

• Ensure installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems are performed according to project design, specifications, and standards.

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction and mining operations in the beneficiation and mining areas, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping (MEP) works.

  
  

• Execution Oversight: Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with project scope, technical specifications, schedules, and safety protocols.

  
  

• Planning & Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) teams to ensure seamless project execution in your area of responsibility.
