As an Equipment Maintenance Lead, you will ensure the efficient operation and reliability of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating daily maintenance activities, and developing preventive maintenance schedules specific to pharmaceutical equipment.

The Equipment Maintenance Lead is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards, and managing inventory of critical parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance of all manufacturing, filling, labeling, and packaging machines.
• Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform electrical checks periodically as per written procedures.
• Develop and introduce new PPM routines to minimize breakdowns.
• Manage machine changeovers and setups as per production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults during daily operations.
• Perform minor electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical professionals during breakdowns.
• Use CMMS systems to record maintenance activities, review breakdown history, and update PPM routines.
• Ensure all SOPs and engineering documentation are current and compliant with GSK standards.
• Fabricate small machine components using workshop equipment.
• Maintain tools and test equipment in a safe and calibrated condition.
• Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance plans.
• Assist procurement with technical dealings with local suppliers.
• Implement authorized modifications and machine development work, informing machine owners of benefits.
• Oversee erection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Keep machine validation documentation up to date.
• Implement engineering change controls as authorized.
• Ensure maintenance manuals are current and accessible.
• Develop and contribute to SOPs as needed.
• Train machine operators and ensure training records are maintained.
• Act as stand-in for other maintenance supervisors as required.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
• Participate in OE activities and cost-saving projects.
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Follow GSK governance policies and work in shifts when required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and be on-call as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of GMP and EHS standards.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Title:

• Assists the Superintendent by providing input to identify key success factors, timing of procurement deliverables, and establishing common work breakdown structures.
• Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Equipment services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost.
• Evaluates Equipment service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go" scope.
• Takes ownership of the Equipment craft schedule and develops short term look ahead schedules for the Foreman in alignment with the execution plan.
• Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process and develops a staff facilities equipment and tool requirement plan.
• Typically requires at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry with extensive experience in related craft.

• Handles the dispatching of equipment as per approved PTW and upon the orders of the Support Services Superintendent based on the urgent requests from the areas.

• Checks the Daily Checklist Report submitted by equipment operators to know any issues with the equipment.

• Sees to it that the proper utilization and handling of all heavy equipment including crane, forklift, manlift, vacuum truck and boom truck and these are checked their conditions before being used in the site.

• Monitors the status of the jobs as per PTW and ensures equipment requests are closed out within the time-frame.

We are looking for a talented Account Manager - Kitchen Equipment Maintenance. The role will be hybrid in structure. The ideal candidate is based in Seattle, WA.

1. Be the client relationship owner and governance lead for all work being performed through Compass Group’s Kitchen Equipment Services (KES).
2. Lead the customer account planning cycle, working in tandem with other ESFM client delivery stakeholders.
3. Facilitate strategic action planning and initiatives, including identification, conceptualizing, and implementation of those initiatives, resulting in stronger partnerships and total client satisfaction.
4. Work closely with Client Services Team Lead to direct business to achieve high performance as measured by the client and/or company’s scorecard.
5. Lead and participate in strategic planning meetings.
6. Prioritize account activity incorporating operational input/monthly meetings with identified stakeholders.
7. Maintain and expand relationships that ensure sectors are aligned and strategically focused on key business lines; successfully build relationships at all levels of the organization.
8. Achieve client contracted KPIs and assigned strategic account objectives.
9. Own accountability for accurate reporting for the account.
10. Work with other Service Center leadership to ensure that the proper resources are allocated to the account work.
11. Formulate account budgets and plans for the account team operations in collaboration with other NSC leaders.

19. Participate in re-bid processes for contract extensions and renegotiations.
20. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) including financial, performance, and opportunity reviews.
21. Conduct weekly flash reporting including forecasting, budgeting, and budget management.

1. 3-5 years of experience in IFM serving in a client-facing role on an account team, in procurement, finance, operations, or a related field.
2. Understanding of managing multiple facilities services for operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
3. Some knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment is preferred but not required.
4. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
5. Proven ability to analyze and present complex business reviews to clients.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong customer service focus.
7. Ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment for decision-making.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
