As an Equipment Maintenance Lead, you will ensure the efficient operation and reliability of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating daily maintenance activities, and developing preventive maintenance schedules specific to pharmaceutical equipment.
The Equipment Maintenance Lead is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards, and managing inventory of critical parts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance of all manufacturing, filling, labeling, and packaging machines.

- Manage machine changeovers and setups as per production requirements.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults during daily operations.

- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical professionals during breakdowns.
- Use CMMS systems to record maintenance activities, review breakdown history, and update PPM routines.
- Ensure all SOPs and engineering documentation are current and compliant with GSK standards.
- Fabricate small machine components using workshop equipment.
- Maintain tools and test equipment in a safe and calibrated condition.
- Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance plans.
- Assist procurement with technical dealings with local suppliers.
- Implement authorized modifications and machine development work, informing machine owners of benefits.
- Oversee erection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Keep machine validation documentation up to date.
- Implement engineering change controls as authorized.
- Ensure maintenance manuals are current and accessible.
- Develop and contribute to SOPs as needed.
- Train machine operators and ensure training records are maintained.
- Act as stand-in for other maintenance supervisors as required.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
- Participate in OE activities and cost-saving projects.
- Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Follow GSK governance policies and work in shifts when required.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and be on-call as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Fluent in English and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of GMP and EHS standards.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Be the client relationship owner and governance lead for all work being performed through Compass Group’s Kitchen Equipment Services (KES).
- Lead the customer account planning cycle, working in tandem with other ESFM client delivery stakeholders.
- Facilitate strategic action planning and initiatives, including identification, conceptualizing, and implementation of those initiatives, resulting in stronger partnerships and total client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Client Services Team Lead to direct business to achieve high performance as measured by the client and/or company’s scorecard.
