Summary

In this role, you will oversee the strategic direction, planning, and execution of the PWT of EVs’ operations. - Reporting and Analysis:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in EV manufacturing at reputable OEMs, with a strong background in PWT EV operations, high automation level, Batteries, Electrical Drive Unit and launch activities.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing Powertrain EV industry operations.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Education: Relevant Certification or Diploma
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum of one-month notice period
Job Responsibilities:- Check and repair electrical faults to ensure smooth operation of plant, machinery, and equipment in the designated area
- Prepare repair reports detailing work done during the week
- Complete tasks assigned on job cards, including repairs, alterations, new installations, and erections
- Adhere to safety precautions during work
- Maintain fire alarm and sprinkler systems
- Report to Maintenance Supervisor
- Coordinate with Group Leader
- Communicate with Foreman
