Job Description
-Indirect/direct buyer in Materials Planning department of LSA for given material groups to ensure materials are purchased and received on time as per production schedule.

- Update the MRP parameters in AX, maintain safety stock level as per factory load.
Job Context:
- Material availability for production as per SIOP plan & weekly Plan.
- Manage material availability with minimum stock loss, optimum safety level stock and contribute to maintain highest accuracy in terms of material availability to production (Higher than 99.2%).
- Maintenance of system data and parameters related to MRP.
- Overall efficiency of operation regarding the material costs and lead time as per the yearly target.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
-Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate Bachelor’s degree in preferably Supply Chain, Logistics Management, however engineering degree with Supply Chain Professional certificate is acceptable.
-Bachelors of Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical.
-More than 3 years experience in Direct/Indirect Purchase department in a manufacturing company (experience in Supply Chain in a reputed organization, preferably switchgear industry will be added as advantage).

+ Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our client's overall business goals. For example, this will include working on client's procurement improvement initiatives, demand planning and stock management strategies.
+ Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of IHS people working with you on your assignments. This involves shaping and reviewing deliverables, providing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
+ Inventory Management: Review with our client the methods and KPIs used to manage and optimise inventory and stock availability. This includes reviewing the quality of KPIs to allow our client to have control over supply risks and performance of its network partners (such as GPOs and 3PLs).

Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations.
+ Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators of the IHS programme in conjunction with IHS PMO to measure the effectiveness of the programme. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
+ Grow the IHS business: Support IHS Business Development with new business opportunities for IHS to further grow in your region.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ 12+ years experience in a healthcare supply chain environment, or similar
+ Strong Consulting (at big 4 or boutique consultancy) and project management experience
+ Strong data management, analytical skills, presentation and communication skills

The KBR PSAB Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). These services are delivered to support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. Additionally, the program extends its services to encompass five (5) remote Army sites within PSAB. This program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of PSAB and its associated units.
**Job Summary**
**Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing work of Foreman and laborers who report up to this position. May be required to perform other job-related tasks and duties as mission dictates.
**MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED**:
- May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions that require wear of hard hats, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protection equipment (PPE); may be required to push, pull, and lift heavy equipment.
