- Establish KPI’s and SLA’s in areas such as transit and delivery times; inventory levels; transportation costs, warehousing costs; and service standards and monitor the operational performance of external and internal parties against these KPI’s.
- Research, negotiate, maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate (in cooperation with Sourcing) relationships and contracts with LSPs so that the organization has a reliable supply of logistics services that meet its standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
- Maintain timely reports, data analytics and dashboards for metric visibility and communication.
- Responsible for conducting timely cycle counts and physical inventory in time, assuring KPI’s are met, driving inventory integrity.
- Develop, coach and lead the Logistics team, setting measurable goals and objectives to evaluate success to ensure that the organisation's logistics strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
- Support warehousing optimization/Lean projects.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership position in logistics or supply chain management.
- Extensive experience in logistics operations, warehouse, inventory management, transportation, customs clearance and supply chain management in Saudi Arabia.
- Wide IT, data analytics, and digital reporting knowledge and capabilities.
