Across the Saudi Arabia, we electrify events from the Formula 1 in Jeddah to the Sound storm Festival in Riyadh. We're also support our customers across the Kingdom with a variety of complex project including providing power and cooling for the development of the Red Sea development project and supplying cooling and back up power for customer’s refineries.
Our graduate technician programme
As a graduate technician, you’ll primarily focus on mechanical & electrical systems within generators, and related power equipment.
You’ll join a comprehensive 12-month development programme, based in either our Riyadh or Jeddah depots and will gain hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of power generators and related equipment, working both within the Aggreko depot and on-site across Saudi Arabia.
At the end of the programme, you’ll be confident in the mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of power generators and other equipment, and ready to move into a technician role in Saudi Arabia.

As a Sales Graduate, you will experience a 24-month development programme designed for Saudi graduates.
The role involves rotating through key sales functions with the aim of developing into permanent sales specialist or account manager within the Aggreko sales team.

Your key duties
We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our prestigious team in KSA, Riyadh, to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects .
- Assisting in the design and specification of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a range of building types.
- Supporting senior engineers in delivering high-quality mechanical engineering solutions.
- Conducting technical calculations and simulations to optimise system performance and energy efficiency.
- Participating in multidisciplinary design workshops and reviews.
- Engaging with the latest digital tools (such as Revit, IES, and Python) to produce coordinated BIM models and analyses.
- Collaborating with global teams to contribute to major international and regional projects. Learning and applying local and international design codes and sustainability frameworks.
- A recent or soon-to-be graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services from an accredited university.
- A strong interest in sustainable design and the built environment.
- Familiarity with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, IES, or similar tools (training provided).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
- A genuine interest in sustainable design and making a positive impact through engineering.
