PROGRAM SUMMARY:
KBR'S AFCAP V group provides ongoing support and operations services to the United States Air Force . The Security Escort Program acts as an integrated member of the unit providing operations continuity during rotation of personnel for OCN/LN personnel. KBR follows all AFCENT and local base escort po licies at the three site locations to include Kuwait (AASAB - Ali Al Salem Air Base), UAE (ADAB - Al Dhafra Air Base), and Saudi Arabia ( PSAB - Prince Sultan Air Base).
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general oversight and guidance from the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) t he Escort shall provide observation services located at assigned locations to augment the unit's Security Monitor program. Shall work as an integrated member of the unit and provide operations continuity during rotation of personnel. The Escort uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.
- Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
- Monitors LN/OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensures LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e., weapons, drugs, etc.).
- Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by LN/OCNs workforce.
- Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
- Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptop, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities. The ability to drive company provided vehicles on and off base.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
- Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,
- Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying less than 20 lbs. frequently, etc.
- Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- US Citizen
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining .
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Must currently hold an Active DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one prior to deployment.
- Must be capable of meeting/ maintaining deployment medical and dental requirements
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have effective communication skills (written/verbal) with exceptional problem resolution abilities.
- Must be able to accommodate deployment travel within 2-3 weeks of accepting offer
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous military experience is preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years supervising or leading a team of ten or more personnel
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience working overseas

- Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Navy, Port, Military Studies, Marine or relevant field with 8
- years of related experience in Port security and port facility management.
- Port Facility Security Management certificate is preferred.
- Minimum of First person on scene medical qualification, First Aid is preferred.
- Strong experience within port maritime security and minimum knowledge of port management, local and international marine regulations.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, management, communication skills and ability to interface with the staff at all levels
- Good English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.
- Computer literate with experience using MS Office packages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and Power Point Presentation).

Responsibilities- Together with the Sales team located in Riyadh, grow the order intake of Thales in Security in KSA (quantitative objective will be communicated to the selected candidate).
- Shape and structure the commercial approach of Thales for the security market in KSA in order to achieve the above objective. This will include defining the most effective go-to-market strategies as well as identifying and establishing relevant strategic partnerships.
- Prioritize and manage security related accounts in KSA.
- The Security Account Manager will be responsible for representing Thales and promoting the entire solution portfolio of Thales to all clients / stakeholders in the security domain.
- Build Account Plans to define the account strategy and align the plans with the customer and the internal stakeholders:
- Understand the customer's stakes, expectations, and vision.
- Support the customer's business with Thales' offerings.
- Monitor the performance of Thales’ competitors with the customer.
- Identify and define strategic initiatives to generate growth beyond business as usual.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships based on partnership.
- Work closely with Account Marketing for support on action plans.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively:
- Share general interest information on the customer.
- Orchestrate, align, and manage the account team.
- Support sales teams in all actions required to close Order Intake.
- Share the Account Plan and facilitate the execution of the related action plan with involved BLs and GBUs.
- Update Group CRM data.
- Inform the account team and account steering committee of customer satisfaction issues.
- Support the development of customer satisfaction measurement in the account.
- The selected candidate should be a senior executive with strong and direct experience in the security market in KSA (10+ years).
- 15+ years of total work experience.
- The selected candidate should have a proven track record of winning complex deals in this market.
- Engineering Degree or MSc. Eng.
- An additional business degree would be a plus
- Fluency in Arabic would be a strong plus
- No specific requirement on nationality
- Good team player, willing to deal with all kinds of problems in a solutions-oriented manner.
- Entrepreneur mindset with a true sense of initiative, curiosity and autonomy
- Acts naturally as a team builder and is a good communicator

The AWS Security Assurance Service team, within GSS, is seeking a talented Practice Manager to help the expansion of the Security Assurance practice and educate our customers on how our product-led, people-powered services help operate their business securely on AWS while also demonstrating assurance that compliance objectives can be achieved. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute at the intersection of cloud, cyber security, and compliance. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple lines of business and learn from (and contribute to) a variety of security and compliance use cases. This is a customer facing role where success is measured by developing a high performing team of consultants who help enable our customers in moving their workloads and regulated data into the cloud by addressing specific risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements. You will be expected to also work in a Business Development capacity, assisting our AWS sellers to position the value and applicability of your team into customer projects and long-term relationships. We are looking for an innovative security and compliance leader who enjoys establishing strategy and then drives consensus across the team to achieve a vision.
Key job responsibilities- Expertise – Builds teams that deliver on innovative governance, risk, compliance and security objectives
- Solutions - Builds a team that can define security, compliance and risk management approaches to customers that help the customer understand how to move sensitive workloads onto the cloud faster.
- Delivery – Engagements will require working to resolve security assurance questions and to understand how to manage risk and achieve security and compliance objectives while operating in the AWS Cloud through deep dive discussions, strategic presentations/recommendations, and hands on demonstrations of automating compliance in the AWS environment.
- Insights - Lead efforts with AWS engineering, support, and business teams to convey partner and customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications- 10+ years of IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in customer-facing roles experience
- 3+ years of program or engagement management work leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud computing transition challenges
- Experience in IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in a customer-facing role
- Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects
- Experience in enterprise architecture including virtualization technologies & distributed architecture
- Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
- Knowledge of enterprise IT management frameworks like COBIT or ITIL
- Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP)
- Experience with customer relationship management, especially C-suite level customer engagement
- Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services
