Job DescriptionGeneral Scope:
As a Cyber Security Officer, you will report directly to the ASSYSTEM Middle East & Central Asia (MECA) Managing Director and functionally to the ASSYSTEM Group Information Security Director, ensuring seamless communication, coordination and execution of Information Security initiatives within the Business Area. You will be working closely with the local IT team to support the implementation of the Group Information Security roadmap and Management System (ISMS) within your Business Area, assisting with ensuring compliance with the ASSYSTEM group rules and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of the Information Security roadmap, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the ASSYSTEM group and supporting senior staff in executing security initiatives.
- Compliance Assurance: Support monitoring of adherence to ASSYSTEM group rules and local regulations and assist in regular assessments to identify and address any compliance gaps.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential security risks within the Business Area and support in implementing controls and measures to mitigate risks and protect data.
- Incident Management: Support the management of Information Security incidents, helping the team in conducting root cause analysis and supporting corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Tendering and Project Support: Assist project managers and business units in the tendering process, ensuring information security considerations are included in the project planning and execution phases.
- Training and Awareness: Help in organizing and delivering basic Information Security training and awareness sessions to employees, fostering a culture of security within the organization.
- Audit and Surveillance: Support in the planning and conducting of Information Security audits within the Business Area, assisting with surveillance and monitoring activities to ensure ongoing compliance.
As a Cyber Security Officer, you will work closely with the local IT staff and various project teams to help ensure the effective implementation of security measures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Behavior:- Knowledge of Information Security Principles: Basic understanding of Information Security best practices and principles.
- Familiarity with Security Management Systems: Exposure to security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Familiarity with KSA cybersecurity regulations, such as Essential Cybersecurity Controls and Data Management and Governance, will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Teamwork and Support: Ability to work as part of a team, supporting senior colleagues and contributing to the completion of tasks.
- Certifications (Desirable but not required): Any entry-level certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or similar are a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.

We seek a qualified and driven Safety/HSE Officer to join our expanding team. This role involves working across key infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards in delivery, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.
JOB PURPOSE:
This position exists to ensure that employers and workers comply with safety legislation and that safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to. EHS Officers use their knowledge and skills to promote a positive health and safety culture in the workplace
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Implements all Safety aspects as per Company policy, Client approved LPP, contractual and legal requirements related to the project.
Gets information on work schedule and makes analysis of safety requirements and hazards.
Ensures concerned supervisors and foremen to conduct daily safety review and implement safety aspects relevant to the particular type of work.
Ensures that the foreman and operators are trained, qualified, authorized and licensed.
Forecasts any risk and corrects unsafe acts.
Adopts zero risk policy in all fields of activities.
Reports immediately any safety violation directly to the Project Manager.
Checks usage of proper tools and shall allow to use only if found satisfactory.
Ensures workers wearing Safety gears like Safety Belts, Gloves, Safety Shoes, Hard hats etc.
Carry out daily inspections to see that safe working methods are in operation and H&S requirements are being observed and that welfare/first aid facilities are properly maintained at site.
Promotes motivation activities to increase Health, Safety and Environmental awareness and excellence at site.
Stops work when he found there are failures to work safely
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Academic Qualifications: Technical Diploma/Science Graduate
Professional Qualifications: NEBOSH IGC
Minimum Experience: 5+ Experience (Atleast 3 years with multinational or large national companies)
Experience in electrical substation, Power Plants, OHTL, High Voltage, Extra High Voltage, 132kv or 320kv projects, particularly in HSE
Preferred: SEC Approved Candidates (Saudi Electricity Co.)

**Program Summary**
The **_Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) _**Laborer Foreman** is responsible for supporting the Power Plant Services in providing Escorting support to Third Country National (TCN)/Other Country National (OCN) escorting & monitoring and for the completion of required reports and tasks following the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company and the USAF.
These functions are to ensure the delivery of BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services to the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel as well as five (5) remote Army sites at PSAB, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
**Job Summary**
Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Labor crew. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Labor services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates Labor service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Maintains the short-range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the General Foreman.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Process personnel to and from the PSAB Visitors Control Center before and after work shifts IAW with USCENTCOM escorting procedures.
- Provide escorting support to Other Country Nationals (OCNs) in various CES & FSS areas as identifies by the Site Manager.
- Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel performing maintenance and BOS-I services.
- Logs in and out all TCN/ OCN contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
- Makes contact with TCN/ OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges; provides and briefs them on rules and procedures.
- Monitors TCN/ OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensures TCN/ OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e. weapons, drugs, etc.)
- Other duties, as assigned.
**Basic Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- ** Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License.**:
- ** Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.**:
- ** Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance**:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
**Preferred Qualifications**

- Preferred USAF Security, Admin, and Technical AFSC or another similar Military/DOD MOS
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience delivering DOD BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) or similar work in an overseas or contingency environment. USAF experience is Highly Desired.
