We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security & Resilience Consultant with a strong background in cyber security, risk management, and business resilience to support projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves advising government entities, critical infrastructure providers, and private organizations on enhancing their cyber resilience, compliance, and incident preparedness in line with Saudi regulations (NCA, SAMA, CITC, etc.) and global standards.
The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge with strategic advisory skills, supporting digital transformation programs, resilience frameworks, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cyber resilience strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps tailored to client needs and aligned with NCA ECC/OTCC , SAMA, CITC, ISO 27001, NIST, and other regional/global standards.
- Conduct cyber risk assessments, maturity assessments, and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and resilience gaps.
- Support clients in incident response planning, crisis management, and recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity in case of disruptions.
- Advise on regulatory compliance with Saudi-specific frameworks such as NCA ECC, SAMA Cyber Security Framework, CITC Cloud Regulations, and sectoral guidelines.
- Lead cyber resilience workshops, tabletop exercises, and awareness sessions for client stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with IT, OT, and business teams to design integrated resilience solutions for critical national infrastructure projects.
- Provide strategic input on cyber resilience in smart cities, mega-projects, and digital transformation initiatives within KSA.
- Develop policies, standards, and operating procedures covering cyber resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and market growth activities within the Saudi cyber security domain.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in cyber security, risk management, or resilience consulting (preferably within the GCC / KSA market).
- Proven track record in cyber resilience, business continuity management, disaster recovery, and incident response planning.
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks: NCA, SAMA, CITC, MCIT, etc.
- Knowledge of global standards and frameworks: ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 27005 , IEC 62443, NIST CSF, COBIT, ITIL, MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience with critical infrastructure, financial services, government, or mega-project sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to engage senior government

KBR follows all AFCENT and local base escort po licies at the three site locations to include Kuwait (AASAB - Ali Al Salem Air Base), UAE (ADAB - Al Dhafra Air Base), and Saudi Arabia ( PSAB - Prince Sultan Air Base).
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general oversight and guidance from the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) t he Escort shall provide observation services located at assigned locations to augment the unit's Security Monitor program. Shall work as an integrated member of the unit and provide operations continuity during rotation of personnel. The Escort uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.
- Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
- Monitors LN/OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensures LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e., weapons, drugs, etc.).
- Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by LN/OCNs workforce.

The Manager - Park Security is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of departmental plans and goals, coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, security surveillance systems. This position is responsible for Six Flags Theme Park. This position is responsible for providing support and management oversight to all team members and senior management within the team. Executes plans that support guest safety improvement, employee development, and work environment enhancements. The role will initially be to support management level to develop and deliver the department specific standard operating procedures, and training. Once the park is in the operational phase, the Manager role will take on day to day responsibility to support department operations. Pre-opening- Develop all security processes and procedures for use within Six Flags Theme Park and assist The Senior Manager - Park security in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
- Assist The Associate Director - Park security in developing all security Documentations, SOP’s & Forms for use within the park
- Continually monitor and assess the threat level towards the park and implement the appropriate responses.
- Work in liaison with external stakeholders including, but not limited to, all regulatory authorities within the KSA as well as the IP partners associated with the theme park
- Work with external contractors during design and construction to ensure the control room, CCTV, fire alarm, security systems, access control, crowd control, guest flow management are planned and implemented
- Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to establish a robust training plan for new and existing team members at all levels including a detailed department induction.
- Assist with recruitment efforts for Security Operations team.
- Responsible for ensuring all Security Department personnel have a detailed understanding of Park Emergency Operations Procedures, including but not limited to Venue Evacuation Procedures.
- Manage a team of Park Security Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Officers, and Parking Assistants to deliver world class safety service to Six Flags Theme Park visitors.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with Local Law Enforcement as well as Civil Defense team, CID, Police and Tourism Department.
- Continuously work towards improving operational efficiency and overall guest safety experience
- Enforce all parks policies, procedures and maintain all Six Flags and Qiddiya standards including consistency with department goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Carry out the role of the security Department Duty Manager responsibilities on a rotational basis and all other duties assigned.
- Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive yearly training and exercise plans with the management team.
- Responsible for the overall safety of all Guest and Colleagues within and while visiting Six Flags Theme Park.
- Managed the day-to-day Security Operations for the Park while providing world class guest service and being accountable for operational excellence regarding safety, efficiency, and capacity.
- Continually monitor and assess the threat level towards the park and implement the appropriate responses.
- Provides training, development, mentoring and evaluation of security staff.
- Investigation of all acts of crime, or any losses incurred against by guests, patrons’ staff to determine those responsible and proceed with any necessary prosecution/recovery of losses.

- College degree program or equivalent functional experience is preferred.
- 3-6 Years managerial level in Middle East. Pre-Opening and/or Project Management in security operations. Previously Held Senior Management Level Positions (Assistant Manager/ Manager. Extensive knowledge of fire prevention, safety, and security operations. Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security & Resilience Consultant with a strong background in cyber security, risk management, and business resilience to support projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves advising government entities, critical infrastructure providers, and private organizations on enhancing their cyber resilience, compliance, and incident preparedness in line with Saudi regulations (NCA, SAMA, CITC, etc.) and global standards. The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge with strategic advisory skills, supporting digital transformation programs, resilience frameworks, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement cyber resilience strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps tailored to client needs and aligned with NCA ECC/OTCC, SAMA, CITC, ISO 27001, NIST, and other regional/global standards.

- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and market growth activities within the Saudi cyber security domain.
- 3-5 years of experience in cyber security, risk management, or resilience consulting (preferably within the GCC / KSA market).
- Proven track record in cyber resilience, business continuity management, disaster recovery, and incident response planning.
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks: NCA, SAMA, CITC, MCIT, etc.
