Job Purpose:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are highly desirable
  • Proven experience (5–10 years) in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Extensive knowledge of security frameworks (NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
  • Practical experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security, and cloud security.

Pre-opening
  • Develop all security processes and procedures for use within Six Flags Theme Park and assist The Senior Manager - Park security in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
  • Assist The Associate Director - Park security in developing all security Documentations, SOP’s & Forms for use within the park
  • Continually monitor and assess the threat level towards the park and implement the appropriate responses.
  • Work in liaison with external stakeholders including, but not limited to, all regulatory authorities within the KSA as well as the IP partners associated with the theme park
  • Work with external contractors during design and construction to ensure the control room, CCTV, fire alarm, security systems, access control, crowd control, guest flow management are planned and implemented
  • Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to establish a robust training plan for new and existing team members at all levels including a detailed department induction.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts for Security Operations team.
During Operations
  • Responsible for ensuring all Security Department personnel have a detailed understanding of Park Emergency Operations Procedures, including but not limited to Venue Evacuation Procedures.
  • Manage a team of Park Security Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Officers, and Parking Assistants to deliver world class safety service to Six Flags Theme Park visitors.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with Local Law Enforcement as well as Civil Defense team, CID, Police and Tourism Department.
  • Continuously work towards improving operational efficiency and overall guest safety experience
  • Enforce all parks policies, procedures and maintain all Six Flags and Qiddiya standards including consistency with department goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Carry out the role of the security Department Duty Manager responsibilities on a rotational basis and all other duties assigned.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive yearly training and exercise plans with the management team.
  • Responsible for the overall safety of all Guest and Colleagues within and while visiting Six Flags Theme Park.

The SPM's ultimate success will be measured by how they assist with the development, implementation, and commissioning of standardized security infrastructure systems for the AWS region. This is measured by agreed-upon objectives and metrics related to key areas such as the level and quality of customer service provided, access control effectiveness, and the protection of our customers' data, employees, and visitors. The position is responsible for observing Physical Security Standards and Programs that support the goals of the Global Physical Security Team while enabling the local site managers to draw related services from the team in a self-service manner.

Security Program Manager, Infrastructure Physical Security

We are looking for a Security Program Manager to be responsible for building and improving processes for project management and project planning and working across all levels and functions of the organization. The role is responsible for the life cycle management of data center physical security systems and technologies including, but not limited to: Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Surveillance systems. Stakeholders include construction, facilities engineering, cabling groups, finance and procurement, among others. A successful Security Program Manager in this role will not be afraid to dive deep, ask challenging questions about complex and ambiguous activities, and get stuff done.


Key job responsibilities

- Serve as the key business partner working directly with service business partners and internal stakeholders (primarily infrastructure, physical security and operations teams).
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, project managers, and Sr. Leaders to develop your programs.
- Drive process change and improvement across multiple business and program teams.
- Report ad hoc, weekly, and monthly program and operating metrics.
- Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
- Manage security system integration vendor contracts to deliver projects.
- Communicate the status of programs with customers, stakeholders and conduct program reviews.

- Must be willing to travel 15% of the time as required when launching new locations (Domestically and Internationally).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years experience in Project Management related to physical security system
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and adapt to and control change on a project.
- Experienced in vendor management and procurement processes, to include the establishment of key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- Fluency/competency in Bahasa and English to communicate with local and overseas stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- BA/BS degree or higher in related field of architecture, engineering, or project management. PSP, CPP, PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
- Subject Matter Expertise with Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or Video Surveillance Systems
- Demonstrated ability to use AutoCad/Desk, BIM, Bluebeam
