The Manager will ensure the delivery of a sustainable built environment aligned with international design and sustainability standards, thereby driving the achievement of the company's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the optimization of the master development process by managing master planners and ensuring that lessons learned from each design stage are applied to subsequent phases.
  • Oversee the preparation of urban strategies for land development that address both short- and long-term organizational objectives.
  • Direct the collection, analysis, and preparation of data for studies, reports, and recommendations, ensuring effective coordination with internal departments, external consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Guide the development of urban planning designs, sketches, briefs, and presentations to meet both internal and external requirements.
  • Review and validate layouts, reports, studies, and other deliverables to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with international standards, local codes, the Saudi Building Code, and company design requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate urban planning opportunities and constraints, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain urban planning guidelines with a focus on urban fabric, built forms, and public realms.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Master Planners, Architectural firms, and other key partners.
  • Monitor and ensure that master plans and designs are developed within budget parameters set by the Finance Department.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for development and master planning activities, ensuring alignment across all project phases.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments throughout project development to integrate master planning objectives.
  • Drive the development and implementation of departmental policies, systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements, while delivering quality, cost-effective services in a consistent and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university, master's degree in mechanical engineering or architecture or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
