About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Urban Planner to join our growing urban planning and master planning team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will technically lead the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale developments aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. This role will involve working across multidisciplinary teams, contributing to strategic and site-scale planning, and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the preparation of master plans, urban development frameworks, and land use strategies.
- Lead site analysis, feasibility studies, and development assessments to inform planning decisions.
- Manage and coordinate planning reports, concept designs, zoning layouts, and urban guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transport, infrastructure, environment, economics, and architecture) to deliver integrated planning solutions.
- Engage with Saudi government authorities, developers, and private stakeholders during project delivery.
- Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and client presentations for planning opportunities in KSA.
- Contribute to workshops, design charrettes, and stakeholder consultation sessions.
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to building team capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience with at least 10+ in middle east (Saudi market experience is strongly preferred)
- Experience working on large-scale master planning / urban development projects, ideally within KSA giga-projects or city-scale plans.
- Good understanding of Saudi planning frameworks, regulatory processes, and municipal requirements. • Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and planning/design software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
- Membership of a recognized professional body (RTPI, AICP, ISOCARP, etc.) is desirable

- Lead the delivery of digital transformation and smart city projects across the region. develop analysis, run and engage client teams and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work products.
- Provide technical and expert support in the design and preparation of particular actions and inclusive urban development/future city processes.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys of land areas, including measurements and calculations of slopes, elevations, and topography. They must also record data and use sophisticated instruments including levels, transits, theodolites, total stations, electronic distance-measuring devices, satellite positioning systems, aerial photographs and maps. In addition to technical duties, they will be responsible for preparing reports that include their findings as well as legal descriptions of properties that have been surveyed.
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of mathematics as well as excellent problem-solving skills. They must also possess strong communication skills so that they can explain their findings to colleagues or clients who may not have knowledge of the subject matter. A valid driver’s license is also essential for this role as there may be travel involved when visiting different sites across Riyadh or beyond.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, inspecting, and ensuring that all civil and structural works related to the new 230 kV High Voltage Gantries and associated equipment foundations comply with the project's scope of work, Saudi Aramco standards, and international quality codes.
This role requires a mandatory Saudi Aramco approval and proven experience in OHTL and high-voltage substation projects, with specific expertise in steel structures, reinforced concrete, and excavation works.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Planning & Document Control
- Review, comment on, and approve the contractor’s Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and shop drawings for all civil and structural activities.
- Review and verify material test certificates (MTCs) and calibration certificates for testing equipment.
- Ensure that all design and calculation documents for the 230 kV Gantries and equipment supports are reviewed and approved before construction.
- Site Inspection & Surveillance (Excavation, Concrete & Steel)
- Conduct thorough inspections of all excavation and earthwork activities to ensure correct alignment, depth, and soil stability.
- Inspect all aspects of concrete works, including rebar placement, formwork, pre-pour checks, concrete pouring, and post-pour curing for the foundations of gantry structures, surge arresters, and insulator supports.
- Witness all required field tests for concrete, such as slump tests and temperature checks, and coordinate the sampling for compressive strength tests.
- Perform material receiving inspections for all civil materials including structural steel beams, anchor bolts, rebar, cement, and aggregates to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Closely monitor and inspect the fabrication, erection, and alignment of the 230 kV gantry steel structures.
- Verify bolt-tightening procedures and torque values and inspect welded connections as per the approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
- Inspect the installation of supports for surge arresters, post insulators, cable sealing ends, and OPGW junction boxes as detailed in the SOW.
- Oversee and approve backfilling and compaction operations upon completion of foundation and underground works.
- Reporting & Non-Conformance Management
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, tests, and quality checks.
- Prepare daily and weekly QA/QC reports summarizing inspection activities, findings, and progress.
- Issue, track, and close out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any work that deviates from the project specifications and standards.
- Liaise with the contractor’s QC team, the construction team, and the client (Saudi Aramco) representative on all quality-related matters.
