Job Summary :
GEO Global Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced Transportation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and analyzing transportation systems and infrastructure projects, including roadways, intersections, traffic studies, and mobility solutions. The role involves working closely with planners, civil engineers, and government authorities to deliver efficient and sustainable transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop transportation studies, traffic impact assessments (TIA), and mobility plans.
Analyze traffic flow patterns, congestion points, and network performance.
Design and review road layouts, intersections, signage, and pavement markings.
Conduct modeling using transportation software (e.g., SIDRA, SYNCHRO, HCS, VISSIM, Civil 3D).
Coordinate with design teams to integrate transportation elements into overall infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with local standards (MOMRAH, MOT, ADA) and international guidelines (AASHTO, HCM).
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and authorities.
Support in public transportation planning, pedestrian & cyclist infrastructure, and smart mobility initiatives.
Attend meetings with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to present findings and solutions.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the GCC region.
Solid understanding of transportation planning, traffic engineering, and roadway design.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SYNCHRO, SIDRA, HCS, VISSIM.
Familiarity with Saudi transportation regulations and authority requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

JASARA PMC is a leading project management consultancy firm and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wet Utilities manager to join our team. As the Wet Utilities manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the design, review and development of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing specific design and review processes during the various stages from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to client requirements and company standards. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for efficiency and innovation. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance with QA/QC procedures, including the deliverables review QA/QC process.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire design process for all major wet utilities and hydrology managing the entire design and construction process from start to finish.
- Collaborate closely with our internal teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions that satisfy client requirements and fully satisfies local codes and standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination with consultants, making sure they adhere to project timelines and meet our clients high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular design review meetings where you will provide technical guidance and support to our clients, consultants, contractors and team members.
- Proactively monitor and track project progress, promptly identify and resolve any design-related challenges or conflicts that may arise and report timeously on these.
- Efficiently manage and maintain meticulous project documentation, including design records, change orders, and necessary approvals.
- Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations to guarantee the success of each project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of various design elements to achieve seamless progression from design, construction to final handover.
- Compilation and presentation of reports and visual presentations regarding designs, design reviews, cost analysis and progress on project tasks.
- Setup and chair meetings with the client, consultants, design team and stakeholders whilst capturing minutes of meetings as necessary.
- Oversee and manage all project interfaces within the delivery program.
- Prepare and present design reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A 4-year bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is necessary.
- An engineering master’s degree is desirable.
- Registration as a Chartered Civil Engineer is necessary (or similar).
- Must have a minimum of 10-years engineering experience of all major wet utilities, hydrology and hydraulic networks regarding the design, detailed review, documentation, specifications, project management and staff coordination.
- We expect you to possess a strong knowledge of design principles and analysis, techniques, and
best practices related to hydrology, stormwater drainage systems, sewerage networks, potable water and irrigation systems, fire network, retention ponds, infiltration basins, swales, ditches, culverts and channels. - Design experience in District Cooling systems is an advantage.
- Design experience in Dry utilities is an advantage.
- Experience in construction oversight involving the infrastructure described above.
- Proficiency in using engineering design software and related tools is necessary.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget is necessary.
- Your experience in coordinating and executing design activities, managing design consultants, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating design team members is crucial for this role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be expected to collaborate effectively with our clients, consultants, contractors, multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
