Based in Saudi Arabia, this Quantitative Active Equity Portfolio Manager will support global Investment Teams in the day to day efforts related to investment analysis.

The role will further include but not limited to day-to-day portfolio analysis, actively participate in trading discussions, evaluation of the risk and positioning of strategies, interaction with partners in Operations and supporting the distribution process.

The role reports to the Head of Quantitative Portfolio Management and works in concert with global teams and specialists to support the NTAM investment process.

The key responsibilities of the role include :

  • Analyse day-to-day strategies / portfolios to meet client objectives within specified guidelines, regulatory frame-work and corporate policies.
  • Communicates with internal Investment Teams as needed and makes recommendations on required changes by the business on more complex investment matters.
  • Participate in projects of factor development, model design, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • Analyze and produce reports on portfolio performance, risk characteristics, and holdings for quarterly (or otherwise) client meetings.
  • Work with support partners in operations and middle office to resolve issues related to exceptions, accounting issues or data discrepancies to ensure portfolio information is accurate.
  • Respond accurately and promptly to client / partner inquiries regarding performance of strategies / portfolios.
  • Ensure risk and attribution reports are prepared as required.
  • Assist Sales, Strategist, and other partners as needed with presentations and special projects.
  • Collaborate with the Quant Analytics team to build and maintain portfolio tools used to analyse and research quant active investment strategies.
  • Support and enhance our overall Quantitative investment process and platform.

Knowledge & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in the investment management industry, with a proven track record in investment analysis at mid-to-large firms.
  • Strong self-starter with critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient with financial optimization tools and software (e.g., FactSet, Bloomberg, Barra, Axioma).
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Investing (SI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) analysis, products, and industry trends.
  • Advanced analytical and computer skills, including programming experience in Oracle, SAS, R, and Python (preferred).
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytical field (e.g., mathematics, economics, statistics, computer programming, engineering, or business).
  • 7+ years of experience in investment management and / or quantitative analysis.
  • CFA charter holder preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage, process, and analyse large datasets.
  • Independent worker with strong initiative and project completion skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

    As part of its development of Qiddiya City, Qiddiya Investment Company (“QIC”) will be developing residential communities, retail destinations, office precincts, hospitality & F&B offerings, entertainment venues, staff accommodation, educational, medical, sports & cultural arenas & stadiums (F1, tennis, golf, equestrian, motor sports, aquatics etc.), theme parks and e-gaming concepts in standalone or mixed-use environments.

    The Senior Director, Asset Management – Staff Accommodation will lead a team and collaborate with other internal and external professionals to optimize the performance of the assets, minimizing risk within the QIC corporate framework and Qiddiya City objectives. The immediate focus will be the Staff Accommodation assets coming to market by 2026.

    The Staff Accommodation portfolio encompasses assets under Asset Management’s remit for housing the employees of theme parks, hotels, Qiddiya and others associated companies and includes retail, leisure, entertainment and F&B assets. The portfolio will grow substantially over the next five years. By 2030 it is planned to be ~13,000 units with up to ~42,000+ units planned for the city by 2050.

    Their accountabilities include:

    a) Responsible for the pre-opening, leasing opening and stabilization of assets within their portfolio

    b) Leading operational readiness for the first Staff Accommodation (1867 rooms) asset scheduled for opening Q3 2026.

    c) Ensuring the Staff Accommodation assets and portfolio delivers on Qiddiya City’s vision to be a world class destination city which is home to the most innovative and immersive experiences.

    d) Achieving optimum financial and technical performance for each asset and the overall portfolio, contributing positively to the target return on investment and achieving long-term sustainable return

    e) Delivering QIC’s ESG vision and commitments for Staff Accommodation assets

    f) Maximizing the value of their QIC Staff Accommodation portfolio.

    § Assist in developing and implementing the Asset Management Framework for Staff Accommodation assets in Qiddiya including setting, monitoring and periodically refining a Staff Accommodation Asset Management Strategy (“AMS”).

    § Assist in designing the Asset Management Staff Accommodation team structure and implement hiring in accordance with the AMS.

    § Have input into and implement Qiddiya Asset Management operational policies, standards and KPI’s for Staff Accommodation assets.

    § Manage the negotiation and execution of all leases, contracts, service agreements in conjunction with the Qiddiya Strategy and Development teams.

    § Ensure the Staff Accommodation department is adequately resourced to accept handover and management of all assets upon completion

    § Manage the asset handover, onboarding of all operators/tenants and the pre-opening activities, budgets, business plans etc. for all Staff Accommodation assets in conjunction with the Qiddiya Development team, Property Management etc.

    § Develop strategic relationships with all operators, tenants and service providers.

    § In conjunction with the Asset Management – Facility Management team, develop and implement a Staff Accommodation ESG Strategy for Qiddiya Asset Management which is aligned with the Qiddiya City approved ESG commitments.

    § Oversee all asset and portfolio reporting to the Executive Director of Asset Management to:

    o Continually monitor and analyze asset and portfolio performance and risk across all target KPI’s

    o Develop and implement strategic responses to performance to ensure targets are consistently and reliably met or exceeded

    o Analyzing asset operations, business plans, capital investments, sales & marketing plans and strategic alternatives

    o Formulate and make recommendations for short and long-term strategic asset plans

    o Research and remain close to all markets affecting the Staff Accommodation and specifically the markets in which the assets are situated, including supply and demand changes and trends

    o Examine and monitor the operating performance of the assets to ensure the return on investment in each asset is maximized

    o Meet with operator, property management and tenant executive teams to review monthly & quarterly operating performance, annual business plans and longer-term strategic plans

    o Proactively identify and resolve ownership issues to maintain the integrity of the assets

    o Ensure the effective deployment of capital by working with the operator / tenant teams and third-party technical services consultants to execute and monitor each asset’s short and long-term capital plans

    o Prepare investment summaries & make recommendations for major CAPEX expenditures

    o Monitor and analyze return on investment for the assets as well as profit improving projects, either implemented or proposed

    o Identify value enhancement opportunities within the portfolio

    o Provide input to monthly, quarterly and annual internal reports to the Executive Committee for all assets in the Staff Accommodation portfolio

    § Engage and collaborate with other Asset Class leads to optimize overall Qiddiya customer experience, extract operating initiatives and synergies and asset performance including event management, security, transportation, marketing and communications, packages and pricing etc.

    § Involvement in other asset sectors as required by the dynamic nature of the QIC

    About The Role

    As a Field Service Engineer / Service Technician you will work from a home office and be responsible for:

    • Operating in an 80% mechanical and 20% electrical role.
    • Working within a service engineering team supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Middle East with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. The main concentration of customers in Saudi Arabia are in the Riyadh, Mecca and Al Qasim regions.
    • Attending a low number of customer calls as each case can be extremely complicated and time consuming.
    • On rare occasions operating as part of an installation team to complete new equipment installations, commissioning and user training.
    • Working to preventative maintenance and installation work which is often booked 2-3 months in advance, whilst also reacting to more pressing breakdowns and repairs.
    • Working with the engineering planner to coordinate activities and movements.
    • Conducting routine service and calibration work, alongside more reactive maintenance, including fault finding, problem resolution and repair.
    • Completing service visit reports.

    About You

    The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of service engineering / technician experience, gained working on complex equipment, which could include but not limited to, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Scientific Equipment, Food Processing, Logistics Automation, End of Line Packaging, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Metalworking Equipment, Robotic Welding, Robotic Spraying, Biomedical, Scientific or other high value complex equipment.

    Candidates must speak advanced level English and be multiskilled with a mechanical focus. You must be comfortable travelling in the Middle East and spending nights away from home when needed.

    A degree level education is beneficial, but not essential, as is experience working in a cleanroom or sterile environment.

    Repair sales:

    • Manage the repair sales funnel.
    • Accountable for the repair sales leads volume and quality
    • Accountable for monitoring that sales leads are converted to opportunities, tenders and orders by the back-office in time, and responsible for supporting in difficult cases when needed.
    • Through regular customer meetings, identify and promote repair sales leads, opportunities, and open tenders.
    • Create leads for new business opportunities (LIS, VB, DIS and NEB)

    Maintenance operations :

    • Ensures that the field processes and maintenance methods (MBM, DMP and related evolutions) are followed and the support functions are used correctly.

    • Bachelor degree in Engineering.

    We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Reliability Maintenance Engineers.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Prioritize health & safety, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.

    • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems such as relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors, motor starters, servo drives, and mechanical components.

    • Ensure compliance with EHS and statutory requirements, including waste management and license renewals.
    • Maintain good relationships across all organizational levels.
    • Provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
    • Oversee facility operations, conveyor system maintenance, and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
    • Support technicians with knowledge and hands-on guidance.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
    • Experience in functional maintenance within a reliability-centered environment.
    • Knowledge of MHS, mechanical, electrical, automation, controls, and robotics systems.
    • At least 3 years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in industrial or manufacturing/distribution settings.
    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or automation engineering, or related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance.
    • Deep understanding of facility maintenance systems, tools, and procedures.

    The Role

    As a Principal / Senior Consultant within the KSA team, you will be responsible for :

    • Leading high-profile client engagements, with responsibility for the technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and other key project metrics
    • Managing teams of consultants to achieve the best result for our clients and team
    • Advising senior leaders and executives on how to shape their business and develop their internal capabilities
    • Developing, leading and managing key activities to assess and develop an asset management system to achieve ISO compliance.
    • Provide subject matter expertise in operations, maintenance, risk, and investment planning.
    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and capability assessments.
    • Author and review AMS documentation, governance frameworks, and lifecycle processes.
    • Support performance management frameworks and regulatory alignment.
    • Deliver knowledge transfer and training to build JEDCO’s internal capability.
    • Advise on airport FM best practices for asset lifecycle optimization.

  • Qualifications

  • A strong track record of working in Asset Management, preferably within aviation infrastructure or advisory services.
  • An excellent academic background in Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant subject
  • Experience in managing two or more projects concurrently, delivering projects or tasks on time and to budget
