- Train the team on food safety and implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations

- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Heater & Refractory Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence Team under Reliability Solutions Department (RSD).
RSD is a multi-disciplinary organization that provides engineering support to Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing wholly owned and affiliates’ facilities (Refining, NGL Processing, and Petrochemicals). This includes reliability, inspection, corrosion management, static equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment, instrumentation and control support.
Your primary role as a Heater & Refractory Engineer is to provide technical support to operating facilities, projects, and the deployment of new technologies pertaining to heaters integrity. You will also conduct technical studies and analyses for heaters. You will work jointly with subject matter experts of various engineering disciplines. In addition, you will coach, and support the training and development of junior engineers within the team.
Responsibilities- Conduct simple and complex analyses related to the design, specification, and applications engineering tasks associated with heaters & refractory.
- Evaluate, select, specify, and engineer fired equipment packages suitable for design needs for a reliable, cost-effective, and efficient operation.
- Select and implement appropriate designs for fired equipment.
- Perform field troubleshooting & technical assessment for heaters & refractory.
- Participate in major turnarounds and emergency plant shutdowns providing support to resolve heaters & refractory issues.
- Provide technical support to maintenance organizations.
- Calculate remaining life of heater tubes and provide safe and optimized tube replacement schedule.
- Perform investigations of heaters & refractory failures to identify root cause(s) and to prevent reoccurrence of such failures.
- Develop repair procedures as required.
- Review detailed drawings and material specifications as requested.
- Participate in HAZOP Studies review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. An advanced degree is preferable.
- 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry’s downstream sector, with a minimum of 10 years working with heaters & refractory.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge encompassing fired heaters, refractory, flares, incinerators, boilers, SCRs, and similar systems including auxiliaries, related to Refining, NGL, and petrochemical industries.
- Deep knowledge of various codes and standards including ASME Section VIII Divisions 1 & 2, ASME Section I, API-530, API-535, API-537, API-560, API-579, API-936 and NFPA standards, and others applicable to heaters and refractory.
- Able to demonstrate significant experience in inspection and failure analysis of heaters and refractory.
- Deep understanding of remaining life calculations and fitness for service of fired heaters and refractory.
- Significant understanding of refractory design, materials, application, and repair.

POSITION SUMMARY
Wind - Control Room Operators shall be responsible for performing all day-to-day operational activities of 1.7 GW windfarm from 24/7 central control room at Neom Green Hydrogen Plant. The core objective shall be to ensure smooth and efficient operation, keeping into account the electricity requirements of green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility sited in NEOM, while always prioritizing the safety of personnel and asset.
NATURE & SCOPE
The main functions of this position are:
- Perform operations inline with O&M Manual, standard operating procedures and OEM Recommendations.
- Report the plant performance in accordance with established Operational KPIs.
- Monitor alarms and events at SCADA and timely communication to maintenance teams for remedial action.
- Support in fault data analysis and assessment of data from Condition Monitoring System.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
- Review start-up procedures, energization & de-energization sequence and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in system start-up testing, performance testing and coordination with GHE for dispatch.
- Perform safe and efficient operations inline with O&M Manual, SOPs, OEM Recommendations while adhering to integrated control philosophy of NGHP.
- Monitor different alarms and events at SCADA and timely communication to maintenance teams for remedial action.
- Report plant operational performance inline established KPIs and maintain operating data / logbooks in accordance with operating procedures.
- Ensure proper handover of the shift to reliver with details of all activities related to shift / ongoing.
- Initiate changes in operating philosophy and procedures to ensure more safer and efficient operations.
- Strictly follow the Change Management procedure and perform the roles as assigned under the procedure.
- Prepare Sequence-of-Event for any abnormal / tripping conditions and submit inputs for root- cause-analysis.
- Support in interpreting data from Condition Monitoring System and fault-data analytics, where possible.
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental & social management system and communication to HSE and Operation Management for any near-misses, incidents, accidents and non-conformance reporting.
- Participate in classroom / on-job / refresher trainings.
- Always ensure the proper use of PPE and other safety equipment, as provided in safety manual.
- Ensure that PTW and LOTO procedure are implemented effectively.

The Shift Production Engineer will be based in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will report to the Production Manager. A Shift Production engineer will be responsible for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements with LEAN activities, including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs. - Design new processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations.
- Ensure Quality with continuous follow-ups with production team.
- Assist with shop floor layout and cell designs. Develop fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks.
- Generating production documentation such as assembly Work instructions. Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
- Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout Remove waste from the processes.
- Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time.
- Plan and organize maintenance. Respond to breakdowns. Report down time and possible trends.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
- Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvements. Implement Poka-Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent errors.
- Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training.
- Keep up with current and developing engineering trends. Undertake special projects as required.
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews.
- Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.
- Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
- Produce written reports and make presentations.
- Undertake continuous training and development.

As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor - Artificial Lift, you'll be overseeing a relatively large team of assemblers. You will collaborate with both direct reports and teams to deliver solutions for complex problems. You'll contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral part in our business.
As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor - Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with team and manager to deliver solutions for complex problems.
- Translating and communicating work demands for direct reports, while maintaining work records and data analysis to suggest and improve overall KPIs.
- Initiating actions after action calls for business development, while working with direct management to determine cost efficient ways to perform.
- Ensuring all inventory supplies, hand tools and resources required to run activity are available.
- Resolving complaints, personal problems and escalate them to direct management if needed.
- Implementing QHSE policies and guiding the team to adhere to policies.
- Reviewing and witnessing material load and unload, while perform risk analysis.

- Have completed Bachelor studies in electrical engineering or related discipline.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Energy sector with experience Artificial Lift - Manufacturing
- Have previous experience in leading a team.
