Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Controller with experience in aluminum and wood manufacturing or a related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products and raw materials meet the company’s quality standards through inspection, testing, and documentation. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor incoming raw materials to ensure they comply with specifications and quality standards.

- Conduct routine inspections and tests of duct materials, insulation, supports, air leakage, and alignment.
- Monitor and verify duct fabrication processes to ensure quality workmanship and materials.

Job Summary:
The Electrical QC Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring all electrical works within the stadium project meet approved drawings, international standards, project specifications, and client requirements. The inspector will oversee quality procedures across stadium-specific systems such as high-capacity lighting, broadcasting, BMS, PA systems, fire alarms, and backup power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on all electrical installations including:
- Stadium lighting (floodlights, emergency lighting, control systems)
- Fire alarm and voice evacuation systems
- BMS, CCTV, access control and PA systems
- Backup generators and UPS systems
- Main and sub-main distribution panels
- Cable routing, termination, and grounding
- Verify installation works comply with drawings, specifications, and relevant codes (e.g., IEC, NFPA, BS, NEC).
- Conduct inspections at various stages – material delivery, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
- Review and update inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and project QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure that electrical materials used are approved, properly stored, and installed as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Identify and report non-conformances (NCRs), follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives for inspection approvals.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):
Years of experience: +5 years
Field of experience: +5 years
Technical Skills:
- Certified welding inspector.
- Certified painting inspector (preferred).
- Experience with rotating equipment assembly and packaging (Compressor & Gas turbine).
- Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective gear such as gloves and safety glasses.
Tools or Software (Required / Preferred):
Education Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent
Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Oil and Gas
