Education Qualification: - Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical equipment installation works.
• Implement safety procedures and detect near misses or incidents.
• Implement Zero Deviation plan and conduct weekly safety inspections with subcontractors.
• Report unsafe practices to Site Manager & Safety Officer.
• Review installation drawings and report deviations to Site Manager.
• Provide daily progress reports to Site Manager.
• Implement quality procedures and method statements for installation activities.
• Record all incoming equipment and materials on delivery, report deviations or damages.
• Monitor and record equipment and material issues to subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor and control daily activities of hired staff such as Store Keeper, Office Boy, Driver, Technicians, maintaining timesheets.
• Assist Site Manager / Site Engineer in material and progress inspections with clients.
• Control site establishment costs to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain site housekeeping, cleanliness, and a healthy environment.
• Ensure safety and security of site materials.
• Support development of red markup drawings modifications for As Built Drawings and punch list clearance.
• Build good relationships with clients and communicate client concerns to Site Manager / Site Engineer.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and team spirit among all project agencies and team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering and registration with Saudi Council of Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum two to three years of site experience in electrical fields.
• KSA National preferred.
