Your Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients in the food manufacturing sector in Saudi Arabia—ensuring exceptional service, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting ingredient solution delivery in collaboration with technical and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with food manufacturers.
• Understand technical ingredient needs and coordinate with internal experts.
• Ensure smooth product delivery and resolve any account-related issues.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within food ingredient lines.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and ensure timely payment collections.
• Support onboarding of new clients with clear communication and guidance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales/account management experience in food ingredients or raw materials.
• Technical knowledge or experience with emulsifiers, enzymes, stabilizers, dairy cultures, starches, or sweeteners is essential.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.

• Handling B2B and B2C orders by entering them into the system, scheduling them for shipping, and working with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery.
• Providing regular updates to customers on order status, including any delays, changes, or issues in fulfillment and resolve their inquiries.
• Ensuring that all orders have correct documentation and maintain accurate records to match system data with physical inventory.
• Working closely with the delivery fleet and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery.
• Monitoring stock levels in coordination with the inventory team, alerting them to low stock or potential fulfillment issues.
• Generating and submitting regular reports on order fulfillment status, customer satisfaction, and KPIs to track efficiency and accuracy.

We are Looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
