Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Operations Director
to oversee the delivery of a high-profile live show in Al Ula. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing complex operations for large-scale cultural or entertainment productions and a deep understanding of live shows involving a running cast. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational planning and delivery of the show from Riyadh pre-production through onsite execution in Al Ula.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between creative, production, and technical teams.
- Manage schedules, logistics, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery.
- Liaise with client representatives, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure all operational requirements are met.
- Implement risk management, health & safety, and compliance procedures in line with local regulations.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Ensure the well-being and performance of cast and crew during rehearsals and live shows.
- Provide clear leadership and maintain high team morale throughout the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Director (or senior operational role) in live events, theatre, festivals, or large-scale productions.
- Demonstrated expertise in running live shows with a cast and crew.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Fluent in
Arabic
(essential) and proficient in English. - Already holding a valid KSA visa.
Package
- For candidates based outside Al Ula: flights, accommodation, and per diems will be provided.
- Contract-based engagement for the project duration.

- Oversee daily operations across multiple dark stores, covering inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics.

- Strong technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, inventory control, and cold chain operations.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
