Roles and Responsibilities:- Work effectively with Contractors and others to establish and maintain required interfaces with engineering and construction during project execution.
- Develop excellent working relations and liaise fully with the Construction Contractor’s QC team at site.
- Monitor, inspect, and guide QC activities performed by Construction Contractors to achieve safety, quality, on-time delivery, and within budget realization of the project.
- Attend applications for inspection (AFIs).

- Implement the QC plan and supervise discipline Inspectors to improve QC functions.
- Ensure control of Non-conformities through a proactive approach.
- Conduct daily surveillance visits with discipline inspectors, report to supervisors, and coordinate TPI activities.
- Maintain and compile quality records according to requirements.
- Review E&I plans, procedures, and methods of Vendors/Subcontractors for adequacy.
- Prepare and submit reports two weeks in advance.
- Review, issue, and monitor RFI logs; liaise with client inspectors on quality concerns.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction, or equivalent technical work experience in electrical trade.

Power Plant ManagerDuties
- Direct all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure high availability and reliability of plant assets. Oversee mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to support safe and efficient operations.
- Ensure effective use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) for planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of all maintenance activities
- Lead the assets registrations activities to ensure proper assets system registry
- Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture by enforcing compliance with regulations, conducting regular audits, and leading by example in safe work practices.
- Act as the first point of contact in front of the power plant operations and client communications
Qualification
- 15 to 20 years of extensive maintenance experience in power plants maintenance.
- A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing large workforces.
- Experience in gas turbines, generators, and electrical systems.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and objectives.
