Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Leadership
- Direct plant activities to ensure production goals align with customer demand and business objectives.
- Optimize the use of machinery, materials, and workforce to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee production scheduling, on-time delivery (OTIF), inventory control, and logistics operations.
2. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance

- Oversee proper storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous chemicals.
3. Quality Assurance

- Support customer audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team across production, maintenance, and quality functions.

- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry standards (OSHA, EPA, REACH, etc.).
- Provide regular reports on plant KPIs, performance trends, and strategic goals to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 8–12 years in chemical/process manufacturing, with 3–5 years in a plant or senior leadership role.
- Certifications (preferred): Lean Six Sigma, NEBOSH, PMP.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.

- 15 to 20 years of extensive maintenance experience in power plants maintenance.
- A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing large workforces.
- Experience in gas turbines, generators, and electrical systems.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and objectives.
- Experience in maintenance CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) , preferably SAP
- Comprehensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with industry standards.
- Familiarity with maintenance and business KBIs to drive performance and achieve contractual deliverables effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of contractual frameworks, terms, and conditions to ensure seamless contract execution and client satisfaction.
- Experience in Siemens turbines
- SAP Certification or formal training in CMMS tools
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- Training or certification in turbines maintenance
- Nationality: Saudi, Middle Eastern, European, or Asian
- Capable of leading a workforce of 50 to 80 personnel
