You'll be based in Riyadh or Jeddah.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. You will identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analysis, and present findings to colleagues and client stakeholders.
  2. Monitor and report on the project status on a regular basis.
  3. Focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to your wider people skills.
  4. Develop practical recommendations and contribute to team discussions on implications of analysis, identifying implementation challenges.
  5. Strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing knowledge with your teams.
  6. Chart your own development journey, attending formal training programs, working with inspiring partners, and focusing on your areas of passion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
  2. 4+ years of business/public sector experience, with a clear record of achievements and proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
  3. Ability to successfully manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects.
  4. Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills, including a demonstrated high level of client service commitment.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people across all levels of an organization.
  6. Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
  8. Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom.
