**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Handle in-bound and out-bound shipments ensuring compliance with the process guidelines.
- Coordinate delivery of Parts shipments, including receiving, inspection, packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Process Service shipments by receiving, identifying, and informing relevant parties for collection/distribution to storage points.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Materials Management preferred; relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Warehousing and Delivery Management, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of warehousing, material handling, inspection, packaging, delivery management, internal distribution within different departments and system/document management.
- Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP & ACCESS) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Willingness to work with flexibility, occasionally during late hours and weekends as business demands.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

You will lead procurement, logistics, and vendor management functions, while building systems and processes that support growth within a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business goals.

Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize resource allocation.

Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain operational continuity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

7+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally within the technology or software sector.

Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and vendor management processes.

Proven ability to design and optimize supply chain systems and workflows.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management tools.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
