Objective:

The Warehouse Management System Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the Warehouse Management System and supporting the logistics operations of ASMO. They work closely with the Logistics Solutions Manager to optimize warehouse processes, improve system functionality, and ensure efficient inventory management.

General Responsibilities:

  • The role holder will have knowledge of the rules, procedures and in some cases, the principles and practices within the Warehouse Management System discipline. They will be tasked with selectively extracting, verifying, and compiling objective and measurable data. In some instances, they may determine the course of action based on established principles and modify existing processes and methods.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Warehouse /Transport Management System
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize the system to meet ASMO’s specific requirements; ensure that the system is properly integrated with other logistics and supply chain systems.
  • Monitor the performance of the WMS/TMS, identify and resolve system issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse operations; analyze system logs, error messages, and user feedback to diagnose problems and work with technical teams or vendors to implement solutions.
  • Analyze data from the Warehouse /Transport Management System and develop reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users of the Warehouse/Transport Management System; help develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to warehouse personnel.
  • Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Implement all relevant IT Solutions department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, information technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, information technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
  • Any WMS programming-related/other relevant certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • 5 years’ experience in the same Field.

This role involves providing supply support inventory management services at Riyadh locations, including monitoring logistic systems performance, conducting research, and providing logistical assistance to support operational objectives.
**Position Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
+ Plan, commit, and control the deployment of resources in response to customer, program, and business requirements in conjunction with direction from the Project or Program Manager and BSA office.
+ Lead the development, integration, implementation, and management of new or revised plans, strategies, or processes.
+ Maintain status information of program and customer commitments and monitor compliance to plan.
+ Interface with management throughout the Enterprise for coordination of status/tasks.
+ Track inductions and provide status
+ Perform technical research using Boeing, USAF, and RSAF technical publications, databases, and supply chain-related documents.
+ Act as liaison between RSAF, USAF, and Boeing.
+ Provide reporting to the Boeing Oklahoma (OKC) program office as required by the contract.
+ Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and flow charts.
+ Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
+ Coordinate with 707 RAMP Program leadership to gain approval. Collect, organize, and provide data according to established processes to maintain status of customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
+ Participate in the receiving and dispatching process along with the 3PL supplier
+ Verify the integrity of the inventory and supervise the supplier personnel.
+ Monitor the logistic systems performance. Collaborate with company organizations to identify and resolve system issues.
+ Conduct research and provide logistical assistance to support operational objectives.
+ Assist in researching, identifying, and resolving Repair pipeline inventory discrepancies.
+ Perform any other tasks requested by management.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
+ Diploma in Supply Chain/ or Mechanic
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain management
+ Fluency in Arabic and English
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**
+ 2+ years of experience communicating and interacting with a customer or supplier
+ Previous experience supporting military Customers is beneficial?
This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi law. Employment is subject to the candidate's ability to satisfy all Saudi labor and immigration formalities.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Senior Specialist.

An Inventory Specialist’s responsibilities include counting and balancing merchandise, making price lists of products in stock by scanning them with a bar code reader/writer. You will also identify any discrepancies or losses at the end of business operations each week so they can be prevented from happening again.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for tracking all inventory to ensure our company maintains proper inventory levels for products, equipment and supplies as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand forecasts for all Centralized products.
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to generate accurate demand projections.
  • Communicate demand forecasts for alignment with replenishment strategies.
  • Execute order replenishment activities with precision, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order points to facilitate replenishment orders that meet demand requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers to optimize order processes and maintain efficiency of supply chain.
  • Maintain meticulous records of material item files, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Regularly update and verify product information, pricing, and specifications in procurement systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to validate and manage item data, aligning it with demand and inventory needs.
  • Provide essential support to Inventory Management in overseeing inventory operations.
  • Monitor results of physical counts, accuracy checks, and compliance audits in accordance with policies and standards.
  • Analyze inventory and demand data regularly to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and insightful reports to aid decision-making and inventory optimization efforts.
  • Foster effective communication with suppliers to facilitate efficient stock replenishment.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional inventory, fulfilment and performance reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department’s systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Qualification and Experience :

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain, purchasing, business, commerce, or related degree.
  • Knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
  • No less than 2+ years total experience, including 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or other operational organizations.
  • Experience in dynamic high-volume transactional environment
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC) preferred.
