- Perform road tests to determine vehicle faults.
- Coordinate activities of team members.
- Inspect work performed by automotive technicians.
- Possess strong technical skills and a proactive personality.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in auto mechanics or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Experience leading technicians for at least 2 years.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Hands-on technical experience in the automotive industry.
