The Role
The company is looking for a Project Geologist to support exploration and resource development efforts, especially in advanced-stage mineral exploration. The Project Geologist will support the Exploration & Resource Development (ERD) team by contributing to the identification, planning, and execution of exploration programs focused on Industrial Minerals (IM) and New Materials (NM). The Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize geological targets for further exploration and resource development.
- Design and plan exploration programs (e.g., mapping, soil sampling, drilling supervision).
- Lead field logistics and conduct geological fieldwork (e.g., core logging, data collection).
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective field execution in line with EHSS standards.
- Analyze geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to evaluate results and update geological models.
- Contribute to refining resource estimates and advancing technical understanding of mineral systems.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on exploration results, geological models, and resource potential.
- Proactively engage in training, mentorship, and workshops to enhance technical competencies.
- Stay current on advancements in exploration technologies and methods.
- Ensure all required permits, licenses, and certifications are maintained.
- Promote and uphold safety standards and identify potential exploration and business risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology (Master’s preferred)
- 2–7 years of experience in mineral exploration, including greenfield targeting and drill testing
- Strong field skills: mapping, sampling, drill supervision, and reporting
- Experience with multiple commodities (Cu, Ni, Zn, Li, Ag, Au, REE), especially in Archean Crust
- Proficient in GIS (QGIS preferred) and 3D modeling software (Leapfrog)
- Knowledge of JORC and NI 43-101 standards; QA/QC experience
- Skilled in geological software (e.g., ArcGIS, Datamine, Surpac)
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Safety-focused and experienced in managing field logistics

We are seeking a Development Geologist, with expertise in reservoir characterization and development of tight sand plays.
This Division is responsible for the characterization and development of an established tight sand play in the Kingdom, through initiating and executing integrated subsurface projects to guide development campaigns in order to meet gas production targets from unconventional resources. In addition, the division offers support to production engineering for stimulation and hydraulic fracturing operations.
The Tight Sand Development Geologist's primary role will be to generate and interpret fit-for-purpose geological models for reservoir characterization, field development plans, and hydrocarbon in-place assessments by integrating sedimentology, petrophysics, and geomechanics as well as drilling, stimulation, and production.
Candidate will be required to perform and demonstrate the following:
- Use geological models to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production.

- Identify opportunities for workovers, infill drilling, and multi-well pad optimization.
