- Demonstrate deep understanding of logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management and people management skills.
- Exhibit strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations; at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role in logistics.
- Experience in managing large teams and complex distribution networks.
