This role reports to the Senior Maintenance Manager – International Commercial and Military Modifications & MRO (ICMMM).**Key Responsibilities:*** **Modification Execution**: Manage the modification process, prioritising safety, compliance, and quality across the team and department at all times* **Functional Integration**: Lead functional execution and integration with the Program to ensure seamless operations* **Budget Management**: Control the budget within the reporting line and department, aligning with the overall business plan* **Oversight of Modifications**: Oversee the execution of F-15SA modifications performed by the ICMMM team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and agreed timelines* **Audit Support**: Facilitate internal, customer and regulatory audits, addressing findings and issues promptly.* **Personnel Competence**: Ensure that all personnel engaged in F-15SA modifications possess the necessary skills and competencies* **Staffing and Utilisation**: Manage staffing levels and utilisation of the ICMMM teams to meet business objectives and customer commitments* **Safety and Quality Culture**: Foster a culture of safety, compliance, first-time quality, technical excellence, and product integrity, including the promotion of a FOD prevention program* **Continuous Improvement**: Support the implementation of standardisation, LEAN and BPS principles to enhance operational efficiency* **Communication**: Maintain excellent communication and flow of relevant information throughout the ICMMM team* **Innovation**: Drive initiatives that promote production efficiency and innovation* **Safety Reporting**: Cultivate a reporting culture that prioritises safety in accordance with Boeing's Safety Management System* **Additional Responsibilities**: Undertake other reasonable management activities, including deputising for the Senior Maintenance Manager as needed.**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)*** 5+ years’ experience, preferably within an Aircraft Maintenance and Modification environment* 5+ years demonstrable experience of F-15 Aircraft (or similar platform) modifications* 5+ years’ experience in an operational leadership role within an Aircraft Maintenance and Modification environment* Extensive working knowledge, experience and proven application of Aircraft Maintenance and Modification standards, requirements and associated regulations**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)*** Hold a degree or associated technical qualification in the field of Aircraft Maintenance* Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia to Boeing and Saudi Arabia regulatory requirements**Relocation:**This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sr. Manager – In-plant Logistics Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of in-plant logistics activities, from truck park area to dock / internal WH / External WH / Market place and manufacturing lineside locations. This position handles warehouse and packaging operations (management of returnable and overseeing packaging related quality issues), smooth dock management and ensures seamless delivery of parts to manufacturing productions without any loss of production target. This leadership role ensures lean storage and movement of goods with the highest standards of safety, service and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize service levels, reduce costs, and support business growth.
  • Oversee logistics planning for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics of returnable containers, ensuring timely and accurate material flow to meet takt time.
  • Manage 3PL relationships, contracts, and performance metrics; conduct regular reviews and negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, planning, and customer service to align logistics activities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, transportation cost per unit, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations, safety and environmental standards related to logistics operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Implement digital tools and analytics to enhance logistics visibility, planning, and decision-making.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, including managers, analysts, and warehouse/transport supervisors.
  • Support new product launches, warehouse expansions, and supply chain transformation projects.
People Management
  • Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets objectives and delivers best-practice results and continuous improvements.
  • Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review ongoing performance of direct reports.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate material schedules to get the right materials on site at the right time.
  • Operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies to ensure safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors.
Financial Budget and Control
  • Input and hold responsibility for Material Planning budgets.
Relationship Management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line, avoiding disruption.
  • Lead internal and external relationships to ensure timely and effective communication regarding material availability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on product change requests and review the impact on material planning and schedules.
  • Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change processes. Ensure effective material planning implementation for changes.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries are on time.
  • Design, develop and implement processes and work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to supplier assessment and sourcing with purchasing team.
  • Contribute to supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand for materials is met.
  • Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance with purchasing team.
  • Work closely with the purchasing team to maximize purchasing strategies.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management and people management skills.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations; at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role in logistics.
  • Experience in managing large teams and complex distribution networks.
