Responsibilities

As a Principal at Arthur D. Little, you will be recognised by colleagues as a professional authority and act as a guide and mentor for your team. In addition, you will:

  1. Be recognised in the relevant professional field or industry sector as an accomplished expert and have an extensive network of professional contacts.
  2. Be a significant contributor to business development, taking lead responsibility for a substantial area of business and/or for one or more key accounts and initiating or steering sales campaigns when appropriate.
  3. Be the professional leader for at least one important area of the Company's business, developing and applying new consulting methodologies and ensuring their rigour and relevance.
  4. Consistently contribute to the acquisition of new projects, particularly in the expansion of existing client relationships in our key client teams.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  1. 8 - 12 years of experience in a consulting firm or in a similar position in the industry.
  2. Preferably bilingual in Arabic-English.
