Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Site Supervisor / Foreman with ≈10 years' experience in fireproofing and protective coating works, especially on structural steel. The candidate must be certified, bilingual (English & Arabic), with valid driving license and a transferable Iqama. He will supervise site operations, ensure quality and schedule compliance, monitor safety, and communicate with management and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work of site teams applying fireproofing / protective coatings on structural steel and other relevant surfaces.

• Monitor and enforce site safety practices.
• Oversee the execution of works by applicators / subcontractors, ensuring quality of surface preparation, application thickness (DFT/WFT), curing, etc.

• Liaise with QA/QC department, client inspectors, third-party inspectors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in fireproofing works and protective coatings, especially on structural steel.
• Certification: BGAS-CSWIP or equivalent, or relevant AMPP / NACE / SSPC / CIP / BGAS certification. (The candidate must be certified and able to provide proof.)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) & Arabic (is a plus).
• Must hold valid Saudi driving license.
• Should be residing in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama status.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks / sites, prioritize, and solve issues proactively.
• Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, material datasheets.

Role Summary

•More than 8 years of previous experience in the fit-out industry, ideally working with professional fit-out contracting companies as part of their in-house workforce

•Engage, coordinate with and Lead supervisors if required.

•Successful track record of working on all types of projects. e.g. Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etc.

•Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment

•Very strong technical and execution abilities

•Computer literacy on appropriate programmers (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, etc.)
