  • Own and manage the Mozn and FOCAL websites end-to-end, including content updates, UX optimization, web development projects, integrations, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Bing, programmatic) from strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting.

SEO, SEM & Optimization
  • Lead SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion rates across all Mozn websites and microsites.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices and personalization strategies to increase engagement and lead quality.
Analytics, AI & Experimentation
  • Monitor and report on KPIs / OKRs — including MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, channel ROI, pipeline influence, and campaign performance.
  • Build dashboards and prepare reports on performance in Salesforce.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and advanced analytics dashboards to track marketing pipeline generation, pipeline influence, omni-channel attribution, and customer journey insights.
  • Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning insights for campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation by designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to optimize messaging, creative, and conversion rates.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
  • Continuously research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI-driven marketing technologies, and automations ensuring Mozn remains ahead of industry trends.
  • Integrate AI-powered marketing solutions, including generative AI tools for content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Build and maintain an integrated marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow across CRM, automation, analytics, and personalization tools.
  • Stay engaged in AI marketing communities, industry events, and certifications to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
