- Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, industry benchmarks, economic indicators, and specific companies within the sports, leisure, real estate, and related sectors.
- Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant data to evaluate investment opportunities and assess the performance of existing portfolio companies.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) to support valuation and investment decision-making.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with new investments and existing portfolio assets.
- Design and create high-quality, impactful presentations and slides for senior management, the Investment Committee, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
- Distill complex financial information and strategic insights into concise, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand formats.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports, briefing notes, and investment memoranda, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic portfolio review reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of the performance of Golf Saudi's investment portfolio, tracking KPIs and financial indicators.
- Contribute to post-investment integration projects by tracking action plans, milestones, and synergy realization.
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions or investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate databases and files related to portfolio companies and investment documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including but not limited to, finance, legal, operations, and development, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders, translating financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, or a similar analytical role. Experience within the sports or real estate sectors is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Strategy, Account Director, reporting into the Head of Marketing Strategy – KSA, will play a leading role in the successful delivery of work for the agency’s marketing clients in KSA. Including strategy development and implementation, key external stakeholder relations and management of multiple project workstreams.
The role requires a passion for sport, and understanding and experience of the sports industry, developing cross-channel marketing campaigns, including brand development, content generation, social media management and PR & Communications is required. The Marketing Strategy, Account Director should also have a talent for developing both campaign strategy and creative ideas and be comfortable working on multiple projects, often with tight deadlines.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand and campaign development
- Work with the creative department to develop the look and feel of new campaigns
- Develop campaign strategies, ensuring consideration of target audiences, identifying appropriate tactics and channels to engage (and where necessary ‘convert’)
- Co-ordinate a team to ensure that key workstreams are activated and delivered in keeping with pre-agreed timelines

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of content calendars across key platforms

**Role - Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
Increase Consumer and Trade understanding and facilitate fact-based Marketing capability for the Business Unit to drive competitive advantage in all PEP categories (CSDs, NCBs) through sharpening brands positioning, platforms, advertising and innovation, in addition to in market execution.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
1. Support Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan Development
- Lead the development of data and insights for all PEP categories
- Develop consumer and market place insights to sustain competitive advantage for all PEP brands
2. Provide input to Management/Brand teams on categories and brand performance on an ongoing basis
- Provide regular updates to management/brand teams on volume/KPIs and share in a competitive context from Nielsen, HHP, BMS and GD reports
- Evaluate advertising, positioning and platform effectiveness for all brands and feedback into the advertising development process
- Lead Copy testing for all PEP brands
- Develop protocols for evaluation and monitoring of all types of innovation
- Support deeper analysis of the business issues in specific areas with the brand teams.
3.Build Capability with Brand Teams and Research Agencies in fact-based Marketing
- Improve understanding and usage of Retail Audits, HHP and Copy testing
- Support training and data integrity to improve usage across the organization
- Improve Best Practices and sharing of results to improve collective knowledge in the organization
4 Build Research processes, systems and protocols
- Own and improve Briefing process to the research agencies
- Define and drive action standards with the brands teams
- Evaluate agency proposals based on methodologies and cost
- Ensure quality of fieldwork and consolidation of reports against briefs
- Organise and own analytical presentations to brand teams based on research conducted
5. Tools and Technical competencies
- Retail measurement services report analysis and validation (Nielsen)
- Household panel (Kantar) report analysis and interpretation
- Product testing research tools
- Concept testing research tools
