As the Agile Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of projects using Agile methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure agile practices are well applied. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a software development environment
- 4+ years of experience leading Agile teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodology
- Leading process improvement initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and defining success metrics for process enhancements
- Exceptional communication skills to influence senior leadership and stakeholders, facilitate productive discussions, and present complex information in a clear, persuasive manner to drive decision-making and alignment
- Support and execute a transformation roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Foster a continuous improvement environment, encouraging teams to inspect and adapt their practices to increase effectiveness.
- Deep expertise in delivering outcomes with agile methodologies in multiple teams.
- Implementation experience of Agile scaling methods SAFe, , LeSS etc (and of course master in Scrum).
- Use coaching techniques that create an environment that increases cross-functional collaboration, transparency and promotes a culture of innovation.
- You will be part of a client team located in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic agile coaching and a team coaching role that was diligently applying Lean and Agile principles and practices.
- Scrum master certification is mandatory, Agile Coahing certification is a plus;
- Practitioner level Agile certifications, e.g. ICP-ENT, ICP-ACC, SAFe-SPC, LeSS, Scrum.
- Remote facilitation skills with tools such as Mural, Miro etc;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent English is mandatory;
- Advocate for transparency, trust, and psychological safety within teams;
- Proven experience navigating organizational design and leading transformation in complex enterprise environments.
- Adaptability to different cultures, clients, and contexts
- Thrive in a multi-cultural environment

Qualifications

• Comfortable with C-suite reporting relationships and presenting to C-level executives, senior business leaders, and technology leaders
• Knowledge of best practices in design thinking/user-centered design (e.g., user research, hypothesis-driven development, prototyping, and usability testing)
• Experience with a variety of methodologies like scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe etc.), waterfall, and hybrid
