Responsibilities:

• Liaises with stakeholders and operators, leads various disciplines for coordination; maintains project communications by managing accurate and timely information transmission,
• Ensures that the main contractor and nominated contractor(s) coordinate with all concerned authorities' departments and ensure that statuary requirements are adequately and satisfactorily incorporated, NOC's / permits / design approvals are available on site for construction,

• Wide experience in Local / International Building Codes and regulations, British / American Standards (ASTM, BS, EN, etc.), Sustainable Design Principles (Esti Dama, Green Building, LEED),
• Good working knowledge of materials, suppliers, and construction practices in KSA,

• Ability to make critical decisions (In coordination with Resident Engineer /Relevant disciplines),
• Ability to manage and coordinate team members, various disciplines involved in the design, authorities, and stakeholders,
• Commercial awareness and contractual knowledge with and extend of the maximum possible effort to avoid contractor(s) claims for cost and/or delay.
