Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintainsite plans, drawings related to electric equipment, and original AutoCADplans.
- Prepare a Basis SummaryReport detailing climatic and environmental conditions, infrastructure,technology selection, electrical design, and potential wind turbinedimensions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar and windenergy projects.
- Proven track record ofpreparing detailed technical assessments and reports.
- Strong ability to workwith AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communicationand presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabicis a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees(PhD, M.Eng., MBA) are highly desirable.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant will support our strategic growth across the region. Key Responsibilities
Arabic Content and Saudi Localization Lead
- Translate short passages to Arabic (mostly for social media), proofread and edit Arabic language content
- Ensure that the company’s Arabic language content is accurate across different marketing documents and channels
- Ensure appropriate Saudi localization of content across marketing channels
- Be the sole person responsible for the company’s marketing materials in Arabic
Event Coordination and Content Creation
- Organize events by managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, customers, and various stakeholders before, during and after event
- Ensure events meet department and company’s objectives, such as lead generation and brand awareness goals
- Pitch Yellow Door Energy to speak at key events
- Create content (presentations, panel briefing notes) for speakers; nominate the company for awards, etc.
️ Graphics and Photography Lead
- Take photos of employees and at events and of solar projects, as needed
- Update and create brochures, proposals, presentations and create new graphics as needed
- Integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance graphic design and video work, speed up process as needed, whilst maintaining quality
- Assist in formatting and editing a wide variety of marketing documents
- Manage photographers, videographers, agencies, printing companies, etc. to achieve marketing goals
- Provide ad hoc marketing support to rest of marketing team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or similar
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic
- Good written and spoken English
- Events coordination experience
- Graphic design and/or photography skills.
- Comfortable using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to speed up process as needed, whilst maintaining quality
Preferred:
- Exposure to event coordination, ability to work with videographers, photographers, etc.
- Native-level fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Experience in agency or similar role leveraging social media management
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to distill technical content into digestible materials
- Highly organized, with good attention to detail, responsive with a sense of urgency

Study, review and develop conceptual plans and scope of works for providing power generation to meet customer demands based on optimal factors of power system capacity and utilization factors.
3. JOB DIMENSIONS:Number of Staff Supervised: None
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Studies and Reviews: Conduct studies and review proposals relating to upgradation of Power Generation facilities and building new installations. Coordinate with external consultants engaged for system studies and analysis.
- Master Plan for Power Generation: Coordinate with Demand Forecast Department to develop an annual plan for inclusion in the Master Plan (5 & 15 years) and update it regularly.
- Data Base Management & Asset Utilization: Develop and maintain a database of existing power generation facilities and analyze system loading to determine peak and low values.
- Utility Request Management: Coordinate with Demand forecast department to plan for meeting the demand of major customers and submit designs for approval.
- Business Unit Capex Proposal Evaluation: Conduct a techno-commercial evaluation of business unit Capex proposals and advise Management.
- MIS Reporting: Develop and keep updated Management Information System giving key Technical Data helpful for Business decisions.
- Policies & Procedures: Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.
The position reports to Superintendent, Power Planning and is responsible for studying, reviewing, and developing conceptual plans for providing electric power to customers.

External: Coordination with RC and equipment manufacturers.

**Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Power Generation Lead**
These functions are to ensure the delivery of BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services to the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel as well as five (5) remote Army sites at PSAB, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The Generator/Power Production Site Lead shall ensure Prime Power Generation and provides, continuous power with 99% availability to Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Ensure primary power generators are working by performing load tests, preventative maintenance, and repairing any equipment.
- Must be able to systematically troubleshoot and repair generators ranging in size from 3KW (3000 Watts) to multiple units synchronized and powering an entire base, 800KW or more, and ensuring the accessory equipment used with the generators are functional and repaired.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions using technical orders, manufacturers' handbooks, local procedures, codes, and directives.
- This position shall function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U.S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and shall share information with other integral team members as required.
- Manage and work with a diverse, international, and multi-skilled workforce as well as work hand in hand with electricians.
- As required, be available within two (2) hours of notification to meet on the installation with Government personnel.
- Ensure the successful delivery of services to 4,000 personnel, plus or minus 10%, at all times.
- Generator/Power Production lead shall ensure personnel are adequately trained, and personnel assigned to all tasks have the requisite knowledge and skills to meet minimum performance requirements as well as comply with all applicable laws, codes, standards and regulations.
- Responsible for proper utilization, accounting, and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment tools, information and Data).
- Ensure contractual submittals are provided to the government and contractual performance objectives are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED**:
- May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions that require wear of hard hats, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protection equipment (PPE); may be required to push, pull and lift heavy equipment.
- Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptop, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.
**WORKING ENVIRONMENT**:
- Work will be indoors and outdoors.
- Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur.
- Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs as well as occasional to frequent travel.
- Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions.

**PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES**:
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
- Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection, hard hat and steel-toed boots as well as Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) which may include but not limited to Level III plus/IV Individual Body Armor with both front and back ballistic plates, ACH helmet, clothing (undergarments, shirts and pants and/or coveralls), reflective vests/belts, sound suppression devices, etc.
- Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying less than 20 lbs. frequently, etc.
