Qualifications & Tools:

- Proven ability to develop pipeline and close new business independently
- Strong partner/channel background: VARs, system integrators, hardware alliances, and ISVs
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Capable of working across multi-cultural, distributed teams and remote settings

These will include:
Strategic
• Lead the development and implementation of sales strategy for the Company's key markets, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities and ensuring integration with wider corporate strategy.
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive business plan aligned with the company's 5-year Medium Term Plan (MTP)
• Meets medium-term business needs.
• Leads major strategic bids with key accounts.
Local Content, Regulatory Requirements , Compliance and Risk
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, regulations, contractual obligations, and ethical standards within the sales team and department.
• Drive initiatives to maximize local content integration within sales strategies and offerings, contributing to the company's commitment to increase company local content.
Customers and Account Management
• Develop and implement an account management plan for strategic, complex, global existing accounts to build key relationships at local, national, and corporate levels.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate the engagement and alignment of the sales organization with customers to ensure effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
• Manage strategic client and customer relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and drive theNet Promoter Score to contribute to repeat business.
• Support the sales team in opening new business opportunities in key (and new) markets and segments e.g. military, EV.
• Foster strong customer relationships within the team and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with input and support from other functions in LSA.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and participate in key contract negotiations
• Formally assess customer feedback and performance with data to convey an objective review of the level of service the team is providing; initiate continuous improvement ations when standards are not; align business process with customer needs, including relationship building and market entry planning
People and Performance
• Embedthe sales function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision, and values within the team and drivethe required implementation actions needed

Minimum Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ in a leadership role in the utility (SEC, Aramco and Marafiq) and industrial sector
• Demonstrable knowledge of in medium voltage products
• Proven experience of opening new markets and grow existing accounts
• Experience of building key account relationships Management with SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) desirable
