Quality of Meat, Seafood, Produce, and Perishable items is a critical objective for Amazon Ultra-Fast-Grocery (UFG) business and a key differentiator for Amazon UFG customers. The Category Quality team is responsible for ensuring we meet and exceed these high standards. Your primary responsibility will be to assist vendors in optimizing their operations to meet and exceed the Amazon quality standards for Meat, Seafood, Produce, and Perishable items daily. You will also drive process improvement initiatives and participate in stakeholder meetings.

You will play a critical role in improving customer satisfaction metrics, increasing buying efficiency for Fresh produce, and reducing damage/expiry due to poor produce quality. This requires collaboration with internal teams such as stock managers, vendor managers, store operation managers, and fulfillment partners. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and execution skills to manage daily operations and drive continuous process improvements and automation.

This position is open to candidates who meet the nationality criteria stipulated by local regulations, in compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Review the quality of Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, and other perishable items during inbound at Amazon stores, hubs, and vendor sites.
  2. Reject damaged or defective items back to the vendor.
  3. Document items rejected during inbound (by item and vendor, including quantity).
  4. Audit quality during picking and packing processes performed by LPC associates.
  5. Monitor packaging standards during packing.
  6. Perform daily audits of bins and share weekly/daily reports with stakeholders.
  7. Train store and hub associates on quality standards, SOPs, and packaging.
  8. This role may require weekend work but not exceeding 40 hours per week.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Strategy, Account Director, reporting into the Head of Marketing Strategy – KSA, will play a leading role in the successful delivery of work for the agency’s marketing clients in KSA. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brand and campaign development
  • Work with the creative department to develop the look and feel of new campaigns
  • Develop campaign strategies, ensuring consideration of target audiences, identifying appropriate tactics and channels to engage (and where necessary ‘convert’)
  • Co-ordinate a team to ensure that key workstreams are activated and delivered in keeping with pre-agreed timelines

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of content calendars across key platforms

About the COOP Program:

Qualifications

DATA ANALYTICS ROLE

Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, and data analytics tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to handle and interpret large datasets
  • Curiosity and eagerness to explore data

Scope Of Work:

  • Support ongoing data analytics projects
  • Build dashboards and extract business insights
  • Assist in data cleansing and visualization tasks
  • Work on ad hoc analytical reports

Deliverables:

  • Data reports and dashboards
  • Documentation of methodologies used
  • Insights shared with key stakeholders

INFO SEC ROLE

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and security controls
  • Passion for learning security GRC practices

Scope Of Work:

  • Support maintenance and enhancement of security policy & standards
  • Assist in the rollout of security awareness and training programs
  • Contribute to audit response and follow-up activities
  • Participate in periodic security risk assessments

Deliverables:

  • Updated documentation for policies and audits
  • Awareness materials
  • Risk tracking dashboards or summaries
