What You Will Do- Own the growth strategy for the Saudi arabian market and lead its implementation

**Operations**
- Acting as General Manager Saudi Arabia.

Proven success in launching or managing multi-revenue stream venues (e.g., restaurants, clubs, lounges, pool clubs, private spaces).
Strong track record in transforming brands into profitable and culturally relevant hospitality concepts.
Advanced understanding of hospitality trends in the GCC and experience with high-profile, VIP clientele.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the profit and loss of the company
- Developing and planning yearly budgets and relevant forecasts on sound economic and market factors and ensuring such factors are met by the most cost-effective means
- Setting up the invoicing servicing in coordination with the finance department
- Ensuring quality levels and standardising the delivery of products, materials and services to clients
- Maintaining and developing relationships with strategic accounts and business partners
- Aiding the Business Development team by using existing contacts and creating new business opportunities
- Assisting the credit control team in the chasing of late payments
- Remaining abreast of market conditions/trends and directing action towards capitalising on prevailing opportunities and implementing adequate actions to combat threats
PROFILE
- At least 8 years’ experience within the aggregates industry, working for PMCs or main contractors
- Degree qualification in Business Management or related field
- Demonstrable history of managing profit and loss activities, business development, and financial services
- Excellent planning and budgetary skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in spoken and written English

This senior leadership role will oversee all aspects of the multi-concept venue , which includes a luxury dining space, a high-energy nightclub, a stylish shisha lounge, and members-only areas — with plans to expand into pool club and other lifestyle concepts.
