We are currently bidding for a prestigious new project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a Strategic Planning Specialist who will lead on strategic direction and implementation of contract delivery in support to the Project Director who is the acting as the Project Leader.
The purpose of the project under this contract is to provide consulting and management support to a Ministry in KSA with the necessary tools to manage and maintain assets and facilities, through improving activities to meet service requirements, developing business strategies that ensure reducing costs of the life cycle of assets, and improving practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. It includes but not limited to long-term management of assets, facilities, resources and services to improve performance, reduce costs and manage the life cycle. In brief, the scope is for the provision of consulting, technical, management and administrative support for facilities and asset management works.
The Ministry is in the process of developing and executing a transformation program. This program involves transitioning from the management of operations and maintenance contracts to the management of contracts related to assets and facilities. The Ministry’ primary objective is to achieve maximum value and benefit for the life cycle of assets and facilities within their estate.
This project is regarded as a part of the comprehensive transformation process on-going in the client’s organization.
Initiation Phase, and was aimed at initiation of transformation and spreading the culture of change, besides conducting several development studies.
Initiative Execution Phase, was dedicated to designing the operational model of the within the operational model of the client’s organisation.
In summary the work includes the analysis of the project outputs made so far to be the basis of the plans, requirements, documents, and deliverables intended for closing the gaps and preparing transformed within the approved operational model. The scope comprises but not limited to:

- Produce a Benchmark Analysis Report to include:

- Address Crisis Response, support to Civilian Agencies, and Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) requirements (such as structure, manuals, training, planning, command and control, interagency relationships, logistics, etc.)
