We are looking for a Program Manager who will lead programs of work or several unrelated projects, oversee Project Managers and delivery teams executing these projects. You will support the Project Managers in delivering full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies. You will assist with the assembly of teams and the development of detailed work plans, process improvements, project estimates, financial management and resourcing using straightforward problem-solving skills. . What you’ll do:
- Manage, mentor, and progress their team, overseeing their work and performance.
- Constantly and consistently identify, implement, and socialize the most effective processes, tools, and systems to keep the department current with project management processes.

- Oversee execution, workflow, and resourcing of projects.

What will be expected of your team:
- Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects. Activities include:
- Coaching and mentoring teams to follow Agile best practices.
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies
- Preparing capacity and velocity metrics for teams ahead of sprint planning
- Administrating task board management
- Define project objectives, scope, estimate, timeline, and level of effort.
- Forecast and communicate resourcing needs prior to project start and throughout project life cycle.
- Actively monitor the projects critical path milestones to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Develop project strategies and plans, and identify the methods and tools required for the project.
- Monitor budget against plan and work with client and project team to resolve overages and underages in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams who will provide technical solutions and to resolve problems.
- Manage scope creep by coordinating and responding to new requests for changes from original specifications.
- Ensure quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control techniques.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to maximize the results and minimize the consequences.
- Facilitate issue management with the client and project teams and collaborate on response and resolution plans.
- Work closely with the end users, business analysts, technologists, and other stakeholders to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs.

Job Summary:
The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, designing, coordinating, and managing programs that align with organizational strategies and goals. This includes overseeing multiple interrelated projects, coordinating resources, and driving program success to achieve defined outcomes. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Design:
- Develop and refine the program’s scope, goals, deliverables, and objectives in alignment with the project's overall goals.
- Design workflows and develop detailed program plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Program Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring timely execution of activities.

- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate the program's effectiveness and recommend improvements for future cycles.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience managing complex programs, including the coordination of multiple interrelated projects.
- Strong expertise in program design, planning, and execution.

Role overview:
We are seeking an outcome-focused Technical Program Manager to work directly with the CTO, leading the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the technology organization. - Manage Core Banking program and related projects in line with approved project management policy and processes in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage stakeholders and project teams to deliver project requirements on time and within budget according to agreed scope.
- Responsible for streamlined execution of assigned projects within the respective program by ensuring compliance of Project Managers with the project lifecycle from initiation to design, delivery and closure including business case development.
- Ensures compliance with the EPMO standards and processes in assigned projects through all lifecycle stages.
- Manages program scope, streamlines approach, and monitors timelines, budget and resources allocated for slippage, issues and risks; conducts post project reviews with project stakeholders; maintains regular communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.

- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the EPMO function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Prepares timely and accurate Program reports to meet Bank and Division requirements, policies and standards.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
