Role overview:

We are looking for an outcome focussed Technical Program Manager to work directly with the CTO in leading the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the technology organization. We are looking for a Program Manager who will lead programs of work or several unrelated projects, oversee Project Managers and delivery teams executing these projects. You will support the Project Managers in delivering full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies. What will be expected of your team:

  • Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects. Activities include:

  • Define project objectives, scope, estimate, timeline, and level of effort.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or PMP.
  • Experience in one or more of the technical roles that make up the Tech Team, such as engineering, QA, product management, BA is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in cross-functional settings.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and technical concepts.

Job Description
  • Develop and manage program strategies, objectives, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee multiple interdependent projects, ensuring successful execution, delivery, and impact.
  • Define program scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive program success.
  • Manage and mentor project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
  • Ensure best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) are followed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or any other related field.
  • Minimum 10 + years of experience as Project/ Program Management withing the banking and fintech sector.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
  • PMP, PgMP , or Agile certifi cation is a plus.
