We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead ERP projects for our clients. This role will also cover managing and administering our company’s internal Odoo environment.
You will act as the primary advisor and lead consultant, guiding clients through their digital transformation with Odoo, especially in the Accounting module and other business areas.
Responsibilities- Work directly with clients to analyze, automate and document business processes
- Lead functional implementation of Odoo across Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Projects, and more

Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s. Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company (SABCO) serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or “owner’s representative” for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). We are the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, managing design submissions from local AE firms, and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and sub-contractors in Jubail and Ras-Al-Khair Industrial Cities. In June 2021, Bechtel’s contract with the Royal Commission was renewed for another 5 years with work focusing on building new residential communities, iconic buildings/ bridges, major site preparation, commercial buildings, mosques, schools, hospitals, sports facilities, clinics, universities, utility services and infrastructure (electrical sub-stations, lift stations), roads and highways, port & pipeline expansions, and more.

**The work location for this position is at Ras-Al-Khair which is located about 100 KMS north of Jubail Industrial City. You will be required to commute Jubail - Ras-Al-Khair - Jubail daily using the available transportation facility /shuttle bus service. The accommodation will be provided at Jubail Industrial City. Free breakfast and lunch is currently provided for Ras-Al-Khair assignees during workdays.**
**Major Responsibilities**:
Assigned to Engineering department, the Project Controls Lead, Engineering - Ras Al Khair reports to the PCM and receives guidance and operational supervision from him. Provides technical and operational direction to his direct reports. Maintains relationships with project personnel, particularly with individual discipline group leaders and engineers. Ongoing interfaces with the Project Manager, project team members, and working / supervisory level personnel of other departments.
**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES**:
- Assigned to Project Controls group and responsible to develop cost estimates for project and verify A/E’s estimated cost during 30%, 90% and 100% design review cycle of construction packages. Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Performs quantity take-offs using approved construction drawings or other defined documents. Collects, reconciles, and verifies data for summary comparisons.
- Responsible for development and maintenance of labor cost indices and productivity indices for the region.
- Establish and maintain the cost indices for building materials. Develop labor unit rates.

- Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Maintain a comprehensive project risk register, tracking identified risks, their likelihood, impact, and proposed responses.
- Conduct regular risk reviews and updates with project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management best practices.
- Report on overall project risk exposure and recommend actions to senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned related to project planning and risk management.

- Ensure all project planning and risk management activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
- Act as a central point of contact for project planning and risk-related inquiries.
- Foster a culture of proactive planning and risk awareness within the organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in project planning and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management roles, preferably within the (relevant industry, e.g., construction, IT, oil & gas) sector.
- Proven experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PMI-RMP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
