This role entails

  • Lead the product development lifecycle, reviewing the priorities and goals for your product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales

  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities

  • Drive the transformation from traditional BIM to Asset Information Modeling (AIM), ensuring structured data is delivered for operations and FM.
  • Ensure the digital handover of accurate and validated as-built and asset data for facility management systems.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in BIM management and digital design leadership roles.
  • Professional BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk, RICS, building SMART) is required, or additional credentials in digital delivery standards (ISO 19650, COBie, IFC) are advantage
  • Proven track record in large-scale developments, mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
  • Proven track record in leading BIM-enabled projects and asset data handovers, ideally in real estate or large-scale developments in GCC or MENA.
  • Deep knowledge of design processes, codes, and regulations (SBC, LEED, etc.).
  • Expert knowledge of BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.) and CDE platforms.
  • Deep understanding of ISO 19650, COBie, and related information management frameworks.
  • Strong capability in preparing and implementing information standards (OIR, AIR, EIR, BEP).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Client Engagement: Direct all facets of client projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables align with client goals, and projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Serve as the main liaison with clients, maintaining and enhancing client relations
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration. Optimize team dynamics and alignment with project goals, facilitating professional growth and development
- Project Management & Execution: Utilize best-in-class project management techniques to oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes exceed expectations. Proactively manage project risks and adjustments

**Qualifications**:

- **--- MUST --- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a TOP TIER consulting, strategy, or related role, demonstrating effective team and project leadership. A track record of successful client engagements and impactful outcomes is essential**:

- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking capacity, and adeptness in both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Experience with financial modeling and data analytics is preferred
