GovCIO is currently hiring for a Business Management Assistant to Perform various administrative functions to support our Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Educational Support Services (ESS) effort. This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms normal office functions including:
- Arrange and schedule RSNF ESS meetings and conferences.
- Receive, respond to, and answer RSNF ESS phone calls and written communications.
- Draft, prepare, and submit internal and external RSNF ESS written correspondence.
- As directed, draft RSNF ESS processes, procedures, and policies.
- As directed, compile, draft, and report on information relevant to the RSNF ESS Program.
- As directed, gather, collect, record, track, and verify data and information relating to the RSNF ESS Program.
- As directed, compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations relating to the RSNF ESS Program.
- Perform RSNF ESS clerical and administrative duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing, and filing.
- Draft, format, and edit RSNF ESS documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft and Adobe software products.
- Schedule and coordinate RSNF ESS meetings, conferences, and personnel travel.
- Act as a liaison with other Defense Services Group (DSG) departments.
- Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as directed by the RSNF ESS Program Manager, the RSNF ESS Operations Manager, and Site Leads.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in administrative support.
The ideal candidate will possess, at a minimum, a High School Diploma.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management and strategic planning
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment
- Experience with project management tools and techniques is highly desirable
