- Assist with on-site customer training using operational training materials at assigned accounts
- Participate in developing solutions to improve the performance of customers' water treatment processes
- The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and candidates should be flexible to relocate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 7-15 years of sales experience in Water Treatment Chemicals Sales
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals.
- Build pipeline by developing relationships with top tier prospects, partners, and customers.

- 8 to 10+ years sales experience in high tech in the Kingdom networking sector, routers/switches etc. Campus, WiFi and DC Networking.
- Demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over target.
- Consistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.
- Core Domain knowledge of networking solutions, network routers/switches and selling into Enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success with CXO and multi-level selling.
- Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services.
- Professional in appearance with solid business acumen and the ability to present and negotiate.
- Strong time management, ability to multi-task, takes initiative and follows through.
- Desire and ability to move into a leadership position as the business grows.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer - Africa and Middle East, the Account Manager will be focused on scaling our relationships with our existing clients including banks, MTO’s, PSPs, wallets & fintechs. CHCNAV is looking for a highly motivated and outstanding Account Manager for our fast-growing business to join our AF team . To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of business development and dealer management experience in Saudi Arabia , and proven experience of features-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment for Geospatial industries (e.g. surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey…).
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors and manage key accounts in Saudi Arabia and surrounding countries across our diverse market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.
- Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes and develop maximum market share.
- Ceate regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.
- Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities.
- Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities.Respond to, track and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors

- Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders.

About You
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in surveying, geomatics, geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, or a related field.
- At least 2 year of experience in account management, sales, or client relations within the surveying or geospatial industry—with familiarity in Saudi Arabia markets preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (French proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to analyze market data, identify client needs, and develop actionable plans to drive sales and client loyalty.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage client records, track interactions, and report on performance.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving skills, and willingness to travel within the Saudi Arabia for client meetings and events.
Note: To be considered for this position, candidates must already living and eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Travel Requirements
There are some travels required in this role - including travel to a business partner or customer locations, trade shows, visit strategic accounts, other regional trips to support CHCNAV AF team.
